Both very inexperienced managers, not great for a championship play off push! That would explain one of them but not both (only obliged to interview one minority candidate).

How many times do you see it when an interim manager gets the gig full time and fails? He's taken the pressure off to get an appointment in quickly but we still need a proper appointment. Nuttall is lost
Duff has developed into a Mourinho type manager no doubt leanred from him at Chelsea. He is feisty and creates a siege mentality in his team ''everybody hates us''. Not sure if he is ready for the championship yet however. You won;t know until you put him in the job. However I do not see it ending well for this reason. He doesn't suffer fools gladly. He walked out of Ireland assistant job because of the FAI. You can only imagine him under ace CEO Steve Waggott and the Chicken molesters. He'd walk.
BigHoz
Appreciate what Lowe is doing, the players are rilled up, we’re showing real “togetherness” 😉 but it’s nothing more than a honeymoon period and that’s it. We will have a tough patch at some point and a new voice will be needed. I just don’t see him being a manager, looks happy to be behind the scenes. I just hope it’s someone with abit about them. Otherwise I’m gonna be pissed 😂😂

Someone told me today he'd heard Gerrard was at the game today. It's one of those Chinese whispers sort of rumours so I'm taking it with a pinch of salt, but he's been told (who no doubt heard it off someone else - repeat ad infinitum) he's getting it. I personally don't believe it one bit, everyone wants to be the ITKer who gets the scoop and I don't think we're close to an appointment yet. I'll be disappointed if it's true, he was alright for a while at Rangers until a very good Covid year (which produced lots of anomalies).

It is possible but someone maybe putting 2 n 2 together with Kenny being there . I would be surprised under this ownership , Gerrard would want a more stable club.

JamieUK
I'm next to the center seats and the only 'coach' I saw today was Paul Gallagher... I did also spot Waggott on the phone as everyone was leaving to go inside at half time.

I did say I didn't believe it, like you say I think there'd have been a photo. As for betting being suspended @chaddyrovers, it's a notoriously temperamental market prone to fluctuations and spooks. Think they suspend it overnight too. Despite our good form we need a proper gaffer. Lowe and co are doing a great job of keeping us ticking over but it's a different prospect when it isn't short term in nature.

I think it's a rumour that has been passed around and probably exaggerated with each person.
