Evening all

Few on here will know me so wouldn’t be making up nonsense.
was told about an hour ago by someone who would know that it won’t be Carsley.
I didn’t ask anything.

Did they allude to who it might be?

If I was a betting man I would put it on Karanka. And then would proceed to cry in to the all money I will have won.

No offence but that's hardly the boldest prediction in the world.

I can state with a fair degree of confidence it wont be Carlo Ancelotti either.

Move heaven and earth and get big Sam back. Full circle admit they were wrong all those yrs ago and put club before their pride/ego. Sam is one of those managers that can not only coach a team but can manage crazy side of running a club. He’s the man for us

Yeah, so that bit in bold is absolutely never happening.

Might as well give him the job because no one can succeed here. Top managers like Eustace and jdt couldn't make it work. The only thing that matters is venkys out

Stop bleating about Eustace. Nasty Rovers fans singing nasty songs about him blab blah blah. What do you care? He wants more money, he's got his wish. Let's hope it's career suicide and Derby plummet into League One.

Oh and I'll make it easy for you. I've got 26 down votes in all my time here. You've given me 14 of them. Got a little crush on me. Knock yourself out and give me another one.

carlos carvalhal being linked, plays attacking football and was unlucky not to get sheff wed promoted to the premier league, likes a decent budget though,he broke the bank trying to wednesday into the premier league,he certainly won`t get that here, when he finds out there is`nt any money,he`ll do a jdt/eustace and be off as well

He was allegedly Waggott's first choice before JDT was appointed but supposedly any move broke down because he wanted to bring in his entire backroom team and as we've seen we dont seem at liberty to dispense with Lowe or Benson for some reason

So unless Carvalhal was prepared to lower his demands very unlikely Id say.

Ha ha. I'm not. I'm just bored of his childish behaviours.

Meanwhile you've given me a few as well. But as soon as i query your positions, your reasoning dissolves. Its supposedly a discussion forum welcoming everyone's views, is it not?

Another prime example here. The only people who should be worrying about our bench next season is the players. Not you.

Did you see any sign of the players fretting about anything tonight? No you didn't. Because they are grown ups and footballing uncertainty comes with the territory. As do the thousands of pounds each week.

You seem obsessed with the possiblity that Eustace might be earning a bit more at Derby than here. We all know that's not the real reason he's left as Tom correctly pointed out.

As a supporter of the Club, why should I not be concerned about the fact we might not be able to put out a competitive match day squad next season? Including loans and short term deals how many players are out of contract at the end of the season? Is it about 13?

How much investment have the owners been putting in recently?.  Zero. That cant endure, something has to give.

Tonight will have made it that little bit easier to find a few interested candidates.

Our club is a mess, but there will be plenty of talented managers thinking that they can get a song out of us for 14 matches and buy a ticket to the playoffs.

Carsley's actually drifting slowly out.

David Lowe's come in from 16/1 to 8/1 after tonight's win. I might put a few quid on that to jinx it as well as the players responded tonight.
