Anyone any idea why there only seems to be Betvictor offering odds?

I'm not really a betting person (Grand National & days at the races aside), but would this suggest that something might be imminent?

Ive been using the odds on Talksport Bet throughout for reference purposes.

Gary O Dear is not for me …. Hopefully his wage package would be the end of that …. He has absolute no championship experience never mind fighting for playoffs instead  He’s been firefighting mostly at the bottom of the PL …..He comes across as very boring and his nice guy image  has won him plaudits…

So predictably agents, probably HSH, pushing the agendas of Boateng and Boamorte.

Doesnt sound from that as though we have a clue who we want or that the quality of the ten million appicants who have supposedly applied, is particularly high.

Reading it again (and taking it for what it is worth) - only Gary O'Neill is mentioned in connection with the actual process at the club. The rest are effectively dismissed as speculation, hearsay or being pushed by agents...

All depends on his comp package - if he has been paid a sum to terminate the contract then could be game on. If he forfeits income by taking a new job at Rovers in the (self) belief that he can get us over the line this season then fair play to him (though i suppose he could find another club in summer provided he can negotiate a "walk away" clause)

Interestingly Mowbray, (unsurprisingly) Mark Robbins (which we knew about) and CARSLEY are front centre on HSH Sport's instagram page.

Not sure if Boateng and Boamorte are on there wouldnt recognise them if I tripped over them.

There's a young lad in a Rovers strip on there I dont recognise.

Jalil Saadi.

Anyone seen him play? Can't recall hearing his name  even being mentioned.

He is currently playing in Cyprus. In my opinion he is nowhere near good enough for the Rovers. He couldn't command a regular U21s, place.

Maybe not or maybe so. All depends if he wants to come here with a proper chance of playoffs and chance of promotion..

That's a question for him

Different reasons but he didn't take the job.

He had the same chance at west brom.

And like you said didn't take that job because 1 of his assistants didn't want to go and the other couldn't get a work permit.

Now this is a different situation compare to the WBA with just 13 games left.

Still feel it's be a candidate not yet mentioned in the media or betting

Boateng? What with his mountains of managerial experience? This would be up there with that twat Steve Kean for abysmal appointments.

Season's done of they appoint him. Hopefully the fans would write the remaining fixtures off and coalesce around a new Venkys Out campaign. Ridiculous appointment.

Seems like Boateng and Luis Boa Morte have thankfully been ruled out as serious candidates for the main job, but may be considered for a coaching role.

For me, Wicky is the one that stands out from the list of options at the moment. Has done well at Young Boys and Basel in the past and seems to get teams punching above their weight, which is what we need.

The success of foreign coaches at QPR, Sheffield W, and Sunderland suggests a manager doesn't need championship experience in this league. I'd actually argue those are 3 of the best managers in the league right now.

its a massive gamble IMO - would be an exciting appointment at the end of the season, just dont think its the right time for the Wickmeister
