After numerous players going out on loan from Ewood Park it is not surprising that it is being reported that Blackburn Rovers are to announce plans to set up links with three northwest clubs, to act as feeder clubs. Clubs allegedly linked with Rovers are Rochdale, Wigan and a first division club. For further details see link to message board. Rovers to Instigate Feeder System
