Scored on his debut

RIP Paul

He did, remember it like yesterday at the Blackburn End  1977?

Might gave been a bit later, I think he played at Liverpool on cold January night, when Kenny scored the winner near the end..

This is really sad news . He couldnt have been that old.

I got to know him a bit a few years ago when he was Landlord of the Royal Oak on Pleckgate Rd. Really nice guy.

RIP Paul.

He was 65. He went to the same school as me and was a legend there for years after, being the local lad, who played for his home town team.
RIP Paul.

Paul lived our dream as a Blackburn lad who played for Rovers. He was a really friendly man, I spoke to him on the JW concourse recently and his love of Rovers never waned. He was also still heavily involved in the Rovers ex players group.

Condolences to his family and friends.

RIP Paul.
