As for whoever described Pears as 'superb' this season is either on the wind up, or needs to pay their optician a visit.
Yes, he's benefitted from a more organised defence for the most part of this season, but the mistakes have been present regular throughout (including poor positioning, reactions, as well as the literal mistakes).
I get being positive and all that, but opposition single him out as our weak point for a reason.

In reply to that email that Elon Musk, in his wisdom, thought it would be a right good idea. Imagine if this was sent to us workers in the UK. The piss taking would be on an epic scale.

I was told I had to attend a sales training course years ago, where we had to write down our ideal job, something we could aspire to in 10-20 years time. Apparently, me writing down, "The pilot of Thunderbird 2", did not go down very well.

Ryan Hedges is an absolute waste of space. Chaddy's seat must face away from the pitch if he thinks he is quality. Constantly giving the ball away, never in the box when the ball is on the other side (Gueye put in one ball across and he was nowhere to be seen) he offers nothing. And he cant even tie his laces. 

Gueye has been poor and Weimann missed a huge chance. 

Its too late to rescue it but make subs at half time.

Pears has also gone back to being an absolute laughing stock.
