A throw away line in Lowe's interview yesterday was we will have to check the injuries. Sounds ominously like new injuries we don't know about.

Lowe effectively said he has concentrated on Rovers because we have no idea what the interim Swansea management will do.

I hope he has done better than that and has used his experience of stepping into the hot seat to think through what he would do if he were in the same position at Swansea using their players. One thing is for sure. Whereas at Rovers it was simply a matter of playing Eustaceball better, at Swansea the last thing you want to be doing is more of the same which lost 8 of the last 10 fixtures.

Something I feel very strongly about is playing Kargbo from the start.

Getting him running at them should disrupt any plans and need a hasty redeployment of forces at which point the Swansea players will have been coached into the sacked boss system, trying to play the new way introduced from Wednesday and getting touchline instructions to do something else again. If that's not a recipe for a Rovers field day, I don't know what is.

Kargbo seems the obvious one to come in for ACD who hasn’t been great in the last two games. Wouldn’t be changing too much else. No need to rush Batth or Carter back as Dion has looked steady enough. I’m guessing Batth is one of the injured players mentioned. I’m not even convinced him sitting on the bus for the best part of 7 hours is best for a hamstring injury so I wonder if he’ll be given a bit longer.

The wheels did 'come off' previous to the following last two excellent performances.

Be positive for Christ's sake.

Lol - I am a Rovers fan of some 50 plus years, and I know more than many how it feels to adopt a position of blind optimism in the face of reality - very often it leads to disappointment. However, on reading my post back, I think it is a bit disingenuous to colour it as 'negative', given the measured and balanced content that I included - it could (literally) go either way!. Players are human too, and will be aware of the weird uncertainty surrounding the club on the managerial / coaching front, and this uncertainty cannot be underestimated as a force to potentially undermine confidence.

Blah blah, blah blah blah blah.

Feck it - I hope they win! I'll be happy if they take an away point. I'm really enjoying the team spirit, sense of adventure and achievement against the odds, and the connection to us fans. Long, and I really mean LONG may that continue!

If that's the case then roll on the new manager...Anybody sitting Kargbo on the bench over Ryan Hedges needs a check on, Weimann also?? What's the point in Dennis? Not buying this "he's not fit" excuse anymore.

Please tell me you're winding me up.

I’ve disagreed with his choices twice now and been proven wrong. Don’t care who plays as long as we get stuck in and go for it.

Where are you even getting this info anyway?

I seem to develop a magical ability to peer into the future about 24 hours before kick off every week...🤔

I'm hearing Cantwell out tomorrow. Dolan, Weimann and Hedges to start with Forshaw starting again.
