Streets were filled in Blackburn they've never seen the likes! From afternoon til night fall the pubs were full the locals spilled out on the streets people driving up n down honking all day flags and scarves everywhere what a time we had

These things go round in circles as you say.

If Burnley fail to get promoted this year or next year then we can sit back and see the mess they're in. Loans secured against parachute payments or promotion currently.

They have some solid assets in Trafford and Esteve and others, but these lads will be off if they're not up next season and they won't be pumping any money in from then on.

Well I'm nowhere near that old and I can still remember it clear as day.

In fact there's a photo somewhere of me with the trophy.

I was also there when we became the first and only club (so far) to win major honours in three centuries.

 

I also have very clear memories of us beating you at t'turd and your fans going on a rampage and smashing up your own town centre. 🤣
