So you think 'Gestede has done well', but that the club should have been 'alot more transparent....about what Gestede has done'.

So which is it?

I suggested you read the post properly, here is my exact words "I do think Gestede has done well in the head of football operations role this season in terms of recruitment,"

On the transparent point like bringing in new scouting staff or going behind the scenes transfer deadline day video, or what other changes he has done at the club behind the scenes. Plus this key part of his job, I do think Gestede should have done an interview post the January window with Rovers TV, Radio Lancs and and Lancs Lancs. I also think that he or the CEO should have done an interview with Rovers TV post Eustace leaving to explained what the situation was, why Eustace left and the process of the next head coach would be plus the quality they were looking for.

Are you genuinely for real?

So you think he's recruited well, a position which in itself is highly debatable.

But everything else about his role, you've no idea.

Prediction: We’ll limp on until summer, maybe win one or two before the end of the season. We’ll finish 15th.

In the summer there’ll be lots of talk of ‘he needs his own players, he needs to stamp his identity/methods on the club, we’ll be a lot better once he’s had the lads for a full pre/season’

Next season we’ll  be bottom 3 by November and he’ll be sacked.

Prize for guessing who’ll be leading the charge on here for that…

well I'm entitled to my opinion Wheelton Blue, just like you are.

Gueye, Ohashi, Beck, Weimann, Batth, Ribeiro all good signings, Karbgo pleased with what I have seen so far. Toth, ACD, Woodrow not good enough, Cantwell, seen bits but not enough so far, Sanderson and Forshaw done ok, Dennis want to see more,

Do you have an idea? probably not exactly why I said that we need to do behind the scenes videos, showing it or showing how we recruit players or transfer video like we did when we signed Gueye and Ohashi but more detail and in depth.

I wouldn't totally write him off yet. Yes, his three games in charge have been woeful, no doubt about that, but our form has been shocking since Christmas and we were on the downward spiral before he came in.

I think we had several months of "John Useless" last season before he came very good this season.

Early signs are very concerning though.

Well, Eustace's way stopped working months ago, well before he left.

Might as well see what the Ismael way looks like, hopefully it involves some home truths, that was truly pathetic. Should be arses kicked all over the dressing room after that "performance"

Bad decision taking Dolan off.

On Saturday I hope he reverts to 433. Trav, Tronstad and Buckley in the middle. Gueye with Ohashi and Dennis narrow. Sod playing the ball up, dribbling - lump it into the box and get to the second balls for 90 mins. It'll be a damn sight more threatening than the last 3 games.

4 of these 6 supposed 'good signings' wil be gone in 2 months.

That leaves us with 2 or 3, out of what, 13?

Hardly 'good' at all, I'd suggest.
