Tronstad would always come on after 60/70 minutes but we have to managed his time on the pitch after an injury.

I would be interested seeing what your line up would be

No I haven't. Not aware what you start and I have listened to previous podcast with Elliott Bennett and he never mentioned that then but has chosen to now. Interesting. I will try to get a listen at some point.

Not for me, His team selection have been mainly what I expected to be honest. I would be interested to know who you think has been left for these reasons, but I can't see anything in it, in the past probably has, but now currently I can't see it

You trust the people running the club a lot more than I do.

If they have done it in the past, I’m sure they would do it again and it seems to me, that keeping the club as a self funding operation, is more important than success on the pitch.

My line up yesterday, would have been.

                                       Toth

Brittain.               Hyam. Carter.        Ribeiro

Jrc.                       Travis. Tronstad.     Buckley

                              Dennis Gueye.

Have a listen to the Bennett podcast and see if you still trust the decision makers as much as you currently seem to.

Not sure I trust any of them Rovers club management anymore than anyone else tbh.

Its clear that the owners aren't putting the own money and the club is funding its self through sales and sell on's which will get us through to probably the end of 25/26 if not the end of 26/27 season with us spending less than £5m on transfers over a season each time

very unbalance team with Buckley on the left. Unless it was meant to more 4-3-3 with a front 3 of JRC, Gueye and Dennis.

There probably is more to the story. I was just answering the question of how you may get concussion in training. I am not saying it did happen.

By bullied I presume he means physically intimidated (like that Preston game we lost from 2-0 up a few years ago). We weren’t. We just couldn’t tackle, close space and were second to every ball.

That’s something which we haven’t struggled with so much earlier in the season do to the way we’ve been set up, so I just want to know why changing to 5 at the back would help.

Like you I thought we’d toughened up earlier this season  but the old frailties are back again with a vengeance. Losing to teams who play in a more direct style, always losing once we fall behind etc.

I thought, pre Derby, that the only way we'd get a run together would be to try to get back to being tight at the back again, with a defensive 6 +Pears. That's despite it not having really worked for 3 or 4 months.

I was assuming that the players would have actually given a shit, my mistake on that detail.

So, I'm now of a mind that Ismael needs to start kicking a good few up the arse and finding out who actually cares.

I don't really put any blame at Ismael's door for the last 2 "performances", although Dolan would have been the last player I'd have taken off last night, if they all tried as hard as him we'd be in a much better place.

I can't do with sulking in life in general, let alone overpaid tossers who let the club down in the last 2 shitshows.

So, kick some arse Ismael, and don't pull any punches.

so the players get no credit given they were the actually one on the pitch.

I have my opinion on Karbgo, Gueye and Ohashi and if you disagree fine, but I stand by my opinion.

We can't stand the pressure of playoff chase. Simple as. Its 3 times in 4 seasons now. Whether its the manager not changing formation when plan A isn't working, or we didn't sign the quality striker we should or this winter when since Boxing day our form dropped off the cliff apart from beating those nob enders and couple others.

I dont think its just an inability to deal with pressure, although that is part of it. A lack of quality and depth is as big a factor as any. We put a few wins together in the first half of the season when the squad is almost all fully fit, it was a 6 game spell this season, a 6 game spell under Mowbray and 4 under Tomasson. But in each season, the squad has been thin in quality and symptomatic of a tiny budget. That initial run of form does some heavy lifting for a while but eventually a prolonged second half of the season of bad results knocks us back away.

I know you cant bring yourself to praise Eustace anymore but he was doing an excellent job to get this squad where it was.

I have given my opinion on what I think the reason is plus a lacking of confidence as I said last night post game. David Dunn mentioned on Radio Lancs that the team is lacking so confidence at the minute.

I have given my opinion on Mowbray and JDT spells here. Do we really need to keep going and going it every week/month? That a simple question to answer

I praised Eustace enough whilst he was our including last season(unlike you who didn't) but he has move for his own reasons and we moved on. You were slagging him off last season whilst some of us can see what he was trying to do with the team

Still can't answer a simple question.

Eustace last season were laying their foundations and stopping the rot. That's was clear. I'm praised him throughout his tenure not just through the good results time

He couldnt buy a win. Most people praise managers when they get good results and criticise when they get bad ones.

You defend regardless of results when in employment and criticise when they go.

Like I said previously you could see what he was doing and how he was doing it. Clearly you couldn't. Eustace did a good job here granted but some of us are disappointed how he left and what he said. You don't, Eustace gets a free pass..

We could sign Messi and you criticise.

Eustace has moved on, we have moved on but you stuck on Eustace.

I criticised when appropriate and not before

I wasn’t wholly against ismael but I have to say I’m concerned by results and performances, think Cardiff is a big game for him to try and convince us he knows what he is doing

I think it will be confirmation he does not.

🎶 Stuck on Eustace, I’ve got this feeling down deep in my soul that he just can’t lose, now he’s on his way.

Needed a friend, and the way I feel now I guess we’ll be stuck with Ismael til the end, guess we’re on our way, to League one to stay 🎶
