It's time to go Ismael. I'm not normally calling for people to go so early.

I see no passion from him at all, his demeanor is pathetic. When we were 2 nil down so early, he should have shouting at the players. Nothing..

Walking down the tunnel without coming to the fans at full time. Piss poor..

Rovers have to admit they fuck up and sack him.

Seems like Chaddy has discovered a new coffee brand which 'refreshes the parts other coffees can't reach'!

He deserves more respect. He has done a good job at most clubs just not here

He deserves no respect.  One decent spell at Barnsley and I think you will find, dissed by the fans at both Watford and WBA for reasons which should be apparent to all now.

He has a potent mix of arrogance and denial, two traits that will go down like a cup of sick for us fans.

I agree.

I also find his overall demeanor nauseating.

His lack of passion and detachment on the touchline is so, so puzzling.

I just hope to God that Glen is right.

If there’s a 3 month break clause - and we pull the plug a month and a half early, would we only pay compensation Upto the break clause? Surely ripping off the plaster now for a month and a half wages makes sense if that’s workable?

Impossible to know without knowing the ins and outs of the contract.

A contract can state whatever someone writes in it (and whatever is agreed to)

Praying that there is a 3-month break clause, on top of the crap results and non-existant tactics, the players clearly loathe him so yhe has to go.

Was the issue with not backing Eustace who the players loved, new guy would have to be incredible to have any hope of winning them over and Ismael just doesn't.

"Best in every metric" has to be an attack line against the boards incompetence. Eustace was "best" we could have got this season and they f*cked it just they they f*cked JDT.

Gotta hope they don't try and double-down out of spite/arrogance having convinced themselves he is the "best in every metric". Would be a very Venky's thing to do...

Within the 3 month, he can be removed and no compensation paid.

If that is the case, then we need to bin him off asap, every second he is here is a wasted one

But why do I get the feeling that he will be here until the season ends, and then a replacement will not be signed up until July.  Giving them a ready made (but still terrible) excuse as to why they didn't do any early transfer business

Then get rid there is no excuses bollocks to upsetting Gestede he can do one as well it seems a bit of a coincidence that things have gone backwards since he suddenly went from tea boy to head of football operations.

I just don't believe this guy will mould a team in summer and be better next season there is absolutely nothing we've seen nor nothing in his past to suggest he will either. It';s what they seem to be banking on and will see that as face saving but if the object again next season is just stay up this is 100% the wrong guy, he's flopped everywhere else for a reason.

That's before we consider the summer budget will be used tea bags and copper coins.

If correct, it is a simple no brainer - bin him now so the new man can be swiftly appointed and he has the rest of the season to weigh things up for the summer window.

Issue - will leave the three stooges with a huge amount of egg splattered across their faces and we can't rely upon them to get the next appointment right after this dog's breakfast affair.  Surely after all their 'due diligence' they would appoint either number 2 or 3 on their list or realise they need to up the ante to bring in a better quality replacement.
