Well that's where we have to disagree given what we know now about Eustace and what was going on with him.

Ismael hasn't come in and said or done a number of things that previous head coach did. Yes he has comments how great the fans were and yesterday we were fantastic.

Of course Ismael can be criticise when deserved but some of it is bang out of order. We lost yesterday on not being able to defend 2 very simple balls into our box and our keeper flapping like a bird. Plus not putting enough crosses into the box. Is any of my comments above wrong? is Ismael

More BS as ever from yourself. You might not have a problem but plenty of fans do as we witness yesterday and the home game against Plymouth

Carter and Hyam couldn't deal with their front 2, its clear they were struggling. How did you not see that?

Options were limited? really? Could have brought on JRC or ACD or more Brittain to right wing and Carter to right back. The options weren't limited at all.

Sanderson helps alot defensively and settled us down as Hyam and Carter were all over the place, could you not see that?

never ideal having we 3 right footed but Derby had a left foot at right centre back and never once did we exploit that.

Ribeiro kept drifted away from the left making the pitch smaller which didn't help one bit

Eustace was an employee. Ismael is an employee. Neither had/have any attachment beyond that. Eustace said and acted in that way to create a strong team spirit which he did and led to very good results. The only reason youd look back and say he was wrong to do that is if you feel jilted as if hes an ex lover.

You keep patronisingly saying "did you not see that" as if your opinions are matter of fact and im an idiot for not seeing it the same way. After the quick 2 goals, Derby then were only interested in sitting in and making it difficult for us. Sanderson didnt settle us down, he isnt very good and he should have cost us a third with a dreadful mistake. Going to a back 3 just led us lots of possession in non dangerous areas, and with an imbalance of a back 3 of right footers and Ribeiro naturally inclined to come inside. That to me is poor tactics by the manager.

Other than come on here and call other fellow Rovers fans happy clappers, what have you done that makes you a non happy clapper?

That phrase proper gets on my tits.

Not pretend everything is fine at the club.

Quite simple really.

No its was wrong and his comments were wrong. If you disagree fine but don't keep going on about. The fans message yesterday to him was clearly and maybe you disagree but fans I have spoken at games feel very similar to myself. Are we wrong and your opinion is right?

You enjoyed using you are patronising against me. FFS grow up.

I have given my opinions on the game, tactics, my view on the goals conceded or what we didn't do enough off like get Brittain and Ribeiro further forward and putting crosses into the box for Gueye and Ohashi yet both were too deep and scared of crossing the ball. Is that comment wrong. Please enlighten me if that is wrong comment?

And somebody else gets the Derby job and that chance has gone.

And we bomb into mid table oblivion by the end of the season and his stock has dropped to the level that no-one wants him.

Me too but on the second goal Hyam and Carter were far too weak.

To give Eustace a bit of credit it appears he was looking to exploit our weaknesses by getting the ball in the penalty area as often as possible. He also had Adams chipping away at Travis and it worked as Travis became preoccupied with Adams and lost focus.

He would know our weaknesses.

The quick goals at the earliest opportunity. He knows how slow we start a game

This, plus target Pears - as they did mercilessly, throughout the game.

JE knows better than anybody how much of a weak point Pears is and took full advantage.

Every team should just shoot on sight against us.

Be honest, Norwich dominated the match and should have won by 3 or 4. Rovers were fortunate to snatch a point.

I don't think anyone would dispute yesterday's second half was abysmal. Apart from a brief period before half time Rovers were poor overall.  Either the players are still sulking over Eustace going or they don't understand and/or are not on board with what Ismael is trying to do.

On the evidence of 2 deeply disappointing displays under him  that have probably finished our playoff hopes, I think it's the latter.

We'll see in the next game. Another performance like yesterday will confirm my suspicions

Norwich were better which was generally acknowledged by many. I was commenting on your notion that the players weren't playing for Ismael when we equalised late on and showed a bit of character.

Yesterday was undoubtedly poor and the error riddled slow start gave us a huge task but I wouldn't have questioned the players commitment at all.
