You been going on insolvency for years now and it's never happens.

As I said a few weeks ago before your return I said the club used the Wharton's money(plus others income) to keep the club going for the  2/3 years to around 2027 roughly. Plus reinvest only a 3 million pounds in the team plus wages. Rest going on covering the debt. Whilst the Venkys Indian court is ongoing. If we require the Venkys money we see if they are willing to sent it over. If we get to the PL that would solve the issue and possible sale of the club

The only way the club goes to inslovency is when SBI calls thier facilities, which will not happen till RBI orders it , IF/WHEN RBI orders it Vs team of lawyer will go for interim stay orders from HC and drag till kingdom comes ...

only way i see light is EFL forces a sale

We should be smashing these but you just know rovers don't turn up in these sort of circumstances. Same with Swansea last week.

Ismael will have had a week on the grass with them so hopefully see some more intense play than we saw vs Norwich last week where we just sat off them all game.

Really liked the looks of Kargbo something different to what we have on the books and looks our best chance of creating a goal.

Derby like ourselves seem to have an unusual amount of hamstring injuries.

I wonder why some clubs seem to have lots of these types of injuries yet other clubs seem not have any

Have we had an unusual amount of hamstring injuries?

We ran Travis, Tronstad and Beck into the ground. Who else, Pickering?

Hedges has hamstrings made of tissue paper - they go every season.

Eustace knows the Rovers squad better than our current manager. I think he'll cook something up to tactically play to the weaknesses of the Rovers players and ultimately come away with the three points. Would love to be wrong, mind.

there`s not a lot he can with a bunch of league one journeymen at his disposal, the only way  derby are winning is by trying to overpower and outwork us.judging by his set piece work at rovers,we hav`nt got a lot to worry about in that dept either,im`e confident of a victory

League One journeymen? You mean hugely invigorating football project?

But you are quite right. The one thing Derby can do is run. And give their all. So we have to match them in that area. That's why I'd start with Ohashi, Dolan and Hedges and match their effort early in the game.

Read my post again, as you seem to be arguing against yourself there.
I have stated that they can’t send funds in the past, but have not said that in this post.

You were wrong in the past. Today’s accounts back up exactly what I was saying last summer….i.e. something changed this time last year. You and a few others told me I was wrong then. Today you have the proof I wasn’t.

Why would the fanbase do that when half of it sees no particular issue with the owners?

Are you talking to me? Hard to know when you don’t quote 😅.

It's not quite as black and white as you make out. As we have discussed before.

Whether they could or couldn't provide funds previously, it now seems that they are choosing not to. However, even this theory is unproven until they finally do send some cash.

No, it is black and white. They can send funds, they are choosing not to. That has been the case since this time last year.

I informed you last year that 'something happened in March 2024' which changed the situation - this was after I spoke with Pasha and he gave me this information. You questioned this at the time.

Before March, they COULD NOT send funds without going to court. After March they could send funds as long as they agreed to certian conditions ( a bond or whatever ).

Before March Myself, Lrac and others maintained that they couldn't send funds without going to court - you always argued against this.

As can be seen from the Financial report on the other thread, a No Objection Certificate was issued in March 2024. That is when things changed.

You didn't say that at all. You were saying they could send funds way before that.

Nonsense.

You said the statement Waggott made about there being no impediment to funding was correct. Well as you see in the accounts there is an impediment. Are you denying saying that?

He is changing his story it seems.

Thats exactly what I recall him saying too, not to mention, saying Waggott’s no impediment to sending funds was correct. The accounts now confirm, there is an impediment.

I was saying it this time last year  shortly after permission was granted. You denied anything had changed until you spoke to your mate Pasha 6 months later and then did a u-turn and said they could send funds….basically agreeing with what I’d been saying fur 6 months prior. Quite funny when you think about it.

What is the impediment?
