Started it today, after drinking 2ltrs water every day for past 2 weeks feel pretty good tbf cutting out all the shite. Just wondered if anyone else had tried or is doing it

I’m doing a hybrid version of it. Restrict myself to eating only after 12pm during the week, and only 1800cals/day with minimum 150g protein each day.

Wknds eat what I like as long as I don’t go over my maintenance calories (currently 2300).

Lost 4kg since New Year.

That's brilliant mate. 👏  started two weeks ago, similar, I cut out breakfast, eat from 12pm to 7pm (have shortened eating time by 1hr as I can cope with the hunger now and get what I need from eating time)

Plenty protein after fasting and water only now. Black coffee in the morning. 

Feels pretty good.
