Restrict myself to eating only after 12pm during the week, and only 1800cals/day with minimum 150g protein each day. That's brilliant mate. 👏 started two weeks ago, similar, I cut out breakfast, eat from 12pm to 7pm (have shortened eating time by 1hr as I can cope with the hunger now and get what I need from eating time) Plenty protein after fasting and water only now.
