Not good enough, not creating enough, too deep and not enough balls into the box for me, when you got Ohashi and Gueye on the pitch, too slow in possession. not enough pressure on their goal for me.

Cantwell and JRC forced 2 smart saves from Johannsson tonight, we didn't do enough shots or chances created.

on their goal, stupid pass from Hyam, no reason to take such a risk.

Subs no impact attacking wise.

my team for Saturday is Pears; Brittain, Hyam, Carter, Ribeiro; Travis, Tronstad; Dennis, Ohashi, Dolan; Gueye

Jesus fucking god ref. Had about six heart attacks then.

Huge win for us, sorry it came at your expense. Thank fookin god for Viktor Johansson.

Counting chickens and that but see you next season I guess. Hopefully in the playoffs 🤔 👋🏼

Don't mention chickens

Ismael was lauding the spirit within the squad prior to his arrival. How has he completely dismantled that so quickly? Quite the accomplishment and quite the managerial appointment! Waggot/Pasha and owners deserve failure, but we don’t.

We should enjoy our mid table meaningless run-in now as next season is set to be a catastrophe. Along with a threadbare squad and no meaningful funding for signings we can now add a dud manager to our list of woes. And we’re stuck with him for years too, as he’s been given a long contract and the owners don’t pay compensation.

How we are still in touching distance of 5/6th is beyond me. Imagine where we would be having won those what should of been put away games...fk

The Championship is that kind of division, and if you have a decent first half of the season, (thanks Eustace), you will always “only be x points off the play offs”, no matter how shit you become at the business end.

Any criticism of the manager for his ridiculously slow and negative team selection and tactics?

Any chance of the play offs?

Even if Im not bothering much anymore Dennis showed more unfit as he is than most of the players who started and must start the rest of the games. Hopefully he can keep us up.

Baker running the midfield tonight is what Venky’s deserved. Eustace wanted him in the summer, he was out of favour at Stoke but instead of just signing him, we messed about with a loan

He was painfully ordinary though, come on. Better than Forshaw but that's no yardstick. No better than than the very average Bucko.

You were doing so well and then you picked Dolan to start the next game.

There is absolutely no way they sack him as they’d have to pay him up. Buckle in.

I said there was just no logic to make an appointment for any term beyond the end of the season. Frankly, I would be staggered if there is no break clause at the end of the season. I think Ismael has been set up to fail by management and is now being failed by the spineless players who have featured in numerous second half of season death spirals !

season is now reduced to hoping the dingles don`t get automatic promotion,i doubt we`ll win many more and if we lose to cardiff the knives will be sharpened, you should never have taken the job valerian, this club is more toxic than a cloud of ricin

Speak for yourselves

You boys will be fine. Robins is a decent manager who I think will prove himself with a bit of backing.

As for us, E I E I E I O, down the football league we go.

Yeah -  in JDTs first season we won only 2 of our last 11 games and only missed out of the playoffs on goal difference. Madness. But thats the Championship.

True, That's kind of the whole point and idea behind the play-off system. Most teams in the top half and even the upper bottom half will continue to be within 'striking distance' of the play-offs right up to the last few games of the season.

It's what makes it so exciting for the neutral and keeps so  many teams interested up to the end of the season.

We've seen enough to say we are out of it. Players have, understandably, downed tools. If you are told no new contract offers by the club when sat in the top 6 it must be hard to continue to motivate yourself to fight for the cause.

Of course the probability is this is deliberate from the hierarchy to demotivate and derail our campaign now that survival is secured and another round of cuts and sales is on the horizon. Pay increases are there to be earned.

Absolutely gash. Turned it off and had a tug after 50 minutes, did the same during Derby game and will likely just go straight to tugging at the weekend.

season has gone.

Fair play for putting in more effort than Todd Cantwell tonight, pal.

Hugh or Les Dennis would’ve been sharper than Emmanuel.

That anti - Eustace diatribe that Waggott posted anonymously on the club website is being shown up for its full horror.

Woodrow another.

Zero ambition.
