Fergus Suter is one of main characters who play for us and partook in that famous Rovers photograph

Never onced mentions Rovers but a fictional team called Blackburn who play in,wait for it,Maroon Shirts and Dark Blue Trousers!!😲

Factually innacurate but probably done to avoid royalty payments etc.Suter never played for Blackburn Olympic either.

Enjoyed it all the same though.

As a football history pedant, it was riddled with inaccuracies. However, lots of dramas merge characters and events to tell the story e.g. A complete Unknown.

Its an opportunity to show the football world what we are all about and ramp up the pressure on the owners and Venkys.

My ideas so far, are perhaps to arrange for some retro shirts with the number 1 and Uncle Jack on the back. A Guy Fawkes with a Pasha mask and fireworks set off to spark a sale of the club.

Any ideas are welcome, so let’s get this off the ground and use this opportunity to signal the rebirth of the club.
