big shout out to the ref

i know officiating is terrible in this country but you can`t point to the penalty spot then change your mind because the other team start crying, ffs man up you soft **** and make a decision

I'm afraid my reaction was "Who cares?"

I think it was the right decision in the end, but the wrong way of getting to it.

Listened to Ismael's post match interview but gave up after 2 minutes. Excuse after excuse. Seems to think we played well.

considering the amount of possesion we had,it`s even more concerning we are creating nothing,we`ve gone from creating chances but not putting them away to creating nothing with 60% of the ball, not sure ismael is up to this job

As I said before, his big mistake today was bringing on ACD when Dennis got injured. It was ACD losing the ball that led to their second goal, and he'd done it multiple times before that but others bailed him out. He'd also shown absolutely no desire to help out with defending our box, just allowing their players to jog by him with the ball without a challenge.

I think that says everything about Ismael and the club itself. The bench was awful which wasn't his fault, but he obviously just sees things in black and white. ACD = winger. Forshaw = midfielder. He's not done his homework on who he's picking as ACD isn't ready for professional football and Forshaw has no legs. I'm not saying we would have won but we don't lose that today if ACD is left on the bench.

I bet Forshaw beats ACD in a foot race.

Didn’t get a great replay at half but from the ones I saw Dolan was inside for the goal in the first half.

fucking awful result. simple not good enough losing to that Cardiff side. Embarrassing result. zero points from these last 3 games is simple not good enough.

Appalling keeping from Pears for the first goal but we don't defend it well enough.

Second goal not good enough.

Good header by Ohashi and we look at threat in the first half, Dolan's offside goal, Tronstad shot. Second half, didn't creative enough for me, Dennis going off injured didn't help but ACD was awful. Dolan should have cross earlier to Dennis but it too late to cross. After going to 2-1 down, didn't created a proper chance and the penalty decision, I would like to see back but the lack of communication to the fans is appalling. We don't have a clue what was going on. I think Gueye actually hand balled it but would like to see back.

JRC isn't a right back in a million years, not food enough defensively.

Dolan my man of the match(7.5), Carter(7), Ohashi(7) and Travis(7). Gueye(6). Tronstad(6), Dennis(7), JRC(4), Hyam(4), Riberio(4), Pears(2). Subs:- ACD (3), Woodrow (3) and Cantwell (3)

The subs had zero impact today, I don't know what the tactical plan was when Woodrow and Cantwell came on. I have no idea.

Dennis out for weeks injured and Brittain is injured for 4 weeks. I wouldn't start JRC at right back. Beck, Batth, Pickering and Hedges should be back for Pompey away.

Very unhappy and pissed off tonight. if we had won the last 2 games, we would be in the playoffs. This isn't acceptable now. We need to win the next game. No excuses.

At least England winning at Rugby Union has cheer me slight. Off to watch the rest of six nations rugby and the Golf for the rest of the night. It can't get any worse

Fair play you even gave it a go, I gave up with his bullshit after the last game.

First time I'd listened to one of his post match interviews tbf. Probably also the last time.

Thing is with these relegation threatened sides it is not like it has been 3 fluke results.  All three games the opposition has looked the better team than us.  League 1 after next season and I am not putting meself thru that specially since for a relatively small investment it could have been such a different story.

That’s four games on the bounce where we are very unlucky according to VI.

I’m being genuine when I say I cannot see us winning another game this season.

My wife first started watching footy with me about 17 years ago   I used to tell her all the time when players surround the ref I'd say look at em don't know why they donthat he will NEVER change his mind. I have now seen it happen against us 3 times in the last 2 seasons.  Games fucked.  Good tackles are yellows and reds, bear hugs allowed two handed pushes in the back are also ok but a tackle that wins the ball with an embellished reaction to the tackle gets the opponent a freebie.  Cheating is rampant so much so that I am afraid to admit being a footy fan, six rolls for a little tap.  Faking injury so the coach can change things up with a team meeting.  This I want stopped, if a player goes down for treatment his players stay away from coach.  I have witnessed tha several times recently usually around 30 mins when the other team is struggling, was the keeper today.

Haven't watched the game yet as away with the family, sounds horrendous. The only thing Id hold out is that many managers have an initial bad run before they get a grip with their own ideas.

But.. with Eustace you could see he was starting with organisation and building from there. With Ismael the basics don't seem there. Will watch the game back looking for those basics as would love to see some light at this dark time...
