Cardiff have lost their last 3 games by 2 goals to 1 - Luton (H), Sunderland (A) and Burnley (H).  Prior to those games they had 2 draws and a win.

Luton have the players but sadly something gone awry there and I think potentially much better than their league position indicates whilst defeats to Sunderland and Burnley can't be too much of a surprise.

Interestingly, if you look at Cardiff's results, They have only failed to score once in their last 14 league games and that was away to Leeds.  This suggests we are going to have to score at least 2 goals to win which recent performances indicate is going to be a big task.

Posted yesterday that, sadly, I thought Cardiff would want it more and edge it and having looked at their results / stats this calendar year, I'm even more certain of that now.  Cardiff to win at 3/1 is a cracking bet!

I’d have been more worried about today if Cardiff had sacked their manager in the build up.

It’ll probably be a terrible watch, but I expect a win.

Like many others, I’ve more or less gone past caring.

Same. It's hard to give a damn right now. I'm kinda glad I have to work so I can't watch it.

Usually around this time a win pops up to give us some futile hope to cling to again. And I know that, but if it happens it will still probably fool me into giving a damn for a bit anyway.

Saw this line up suggested on the LET site as a potential solution…. What crack are some people smoking

Pears Britain, Carter, Hyam, Ribeiro JRC, Tronstad, Buckley, Cozier-Duberry Gueye, Woodrow

Lose this game and season is truly over

First time this season I’ve got up and thought “I can’t be arsed”.  It has a dead rubber feel to it even though we’re only 4 points off 6th.

I’m forcing myself to the game today and I don’t think I’ve really felt like that before. It feels inevitable. Start slow, no real attacking threat. Cardiff have a couple chances and look dangerous on the break.

0-0 at half time. Cardiff score around the 55th minute mark. We immediately make 3 subs that fail to make an impact. We score off a scrambled corner in the 82nd minute.  Carter and Hyam play 45 passes to each other and the full time whistle blows.

Only Joking, 3-0 Rovers. Flowing attacking football throughout.

I just got a text from my grandson who’ll be setting off from Rochdale for Ewood shortly. “ This is the least excited I think I’ve ever been going to the football “.  That’s a sad state of affairs for a lad who’s Rovers daft.

I’m still wondering about going up to my son’s place to watch the game on TV !

Lose today and I think we can officially call it. Already there but as long as we are within some distance to the playoffs there is a slight false chance of hope

It's the hope................etc

I just woke up feeling like a day off football. Maybe they’ll win if I don’t watch. The last couple of really poor performances have left waking up for a pee about 3-00 am and not being able to get back to sleep.

It was my birthday yesterday, let’s hope I get a belated present.

I really feel like this is Dennis' game today. He's clearly been on the outside of the team, that's evident jist from lacklustre warmups alone from the others BUT despite what some may think, he's actually a very talented player and can be a genuine goal threat
