I expected Dolan to go. Probably Derby. 

I would re-sign Batth and Weimann. Forshaw I wouldn't re-sign..

Wouldnt sign any loan players permanently. 

Ribeiro I'm undecided on. Poor the last 3 games. 

Pears need selling. Toth either sell or loan..

Hyam, might be tempted to sell if the right offer there.

A quality number 1 keeper is the main priority for me. Plus a number 2 keeper. Need someone who command the box, good communicate and good reflexes.

Pacey right winger. 

centre midfielder x2

A centre back if Hyam or Carter sold. 

Striker with pace. 

Left back if Ribeiro isn't re-sign. 

Would use JRC as right wide player not a right back for me. Brittain then Duru as our right backs option

Do you actually expect that to happen or moreso the required quality to be brought in?

And do you think Ismael is the man to bring in a passing style (his only success was playing long ball) and that the likes of Gueye, Batth, Weimann and even Travis are suited to such a style?

Pears will be number 1 next season, people have been calling for an upgrade for years but symptomatic of the running down of the club, he has stayed as number 1.

I also expect our lack of pace to be overlooked, Forshaw to be given another year and another batch of predominantly poor quality loans. Travis, Tronstad and Brittain seem set to either be sold or to leave next summer for free.

The terrible owners will not allow a competitive budget and with Gestede in charge of recruitment and Ismael then in charge of the team, its a recipe for disaster.

You enjoyed asking me questions about my opinions but when vice versa happened you just ignored it. So if you this to happen so not show the same level of respect and dignity to answer my questions.

If we haven't sorted it by now, we never will.

Pears will still be number one here, I'd put my mortgage on it, and even if somehow he isn't, his replacement will be even worse because that's what happens here.

I expect incoming recruitment to be 5 young, small, slow, but technically gifted players to come in on loan.

After decent seasons Weimann and Batth will more than likely get better offers from elsewhere, as I bet if we do even bother offering them new terms they will be on less than what they earn now. Riberio I would put in that category as well. 

Forshaw we shouldn't be going anywhere near for another year, but suspect we will.

Fully expecting Duru, Litherland, Powell, Dunn & Tyjon to be heavily involved next season too.

Everyone was praising Rovers sign ACD. Sadly never hits the everyone thought he would. Apart from the Luton game never been convinced by him. 

It's is his first loan spell and first team football so expectations was too high

Even if you make 4 loan signings, we'll need like 8 players. If you budget £500k per player, that's £4m (+agents fees, signing on fee's etc)

It's highly unlikely we'll spend that much and even if we did, 8 players with that kind of price tag aren't the ones that will be playing possession based football successfully.

Agreed and if the club are asked about a budget, they usually hide behind, not wanting to show their hand.

Given the last few windows and the lack of funds coming in from the owners, I can't see how, we can possibly be signing the number and quality required.

But he was never the "pacey winger" that we were crying out for.

A quick look at his youth highlights could see that he wasn't particularly quick, just another one that is fairly sharp over 5/10 yards and comes inside on his left foot all the time.

No idea to be honest. They were just initial thoughts based on Jackson's 2 articles and his podcast.

I am totally playing devil's advocate here, but if the same rules apply for money we receive for transfers out, then we can do this at £1m per annum, spread over 4 years.

Yeah, good point.

Gestede said that we receive transfer fee's instalments, as the reason we could splurge any of the £40m+ received. He failed to mention that we would be paying transfer fees in instalments though (as it destroys his shite argument)
