Gestede is the one picking the style of play and saying he has to play youngsters for x minutes.

Very normal in football for the Director of Football to employ a head coach that style or develop youngsters, etc just like many football clubs at all levels,

We're not a normal club Chaddy.

The other club I know that tried to do this was Man UTD and they quickly got rid.
