That's at least £150 too much to sit in the decaying remanence of the Riverside.

It would be embarrassing for televised games, if the three stands the cameras can see, are sparsely populated.

Not covered themselves in glory today, but cost not the issue for me.

I’d happily pay more to a regime with the club’s and supporters best interests at heart.

People are being robbed for their loyalty.

Bob on- I’d pay £400 if we had owners who could be even half arsed.

Essentially, if you buy a season ticket then you're consenting to venky's destruction of the club.

Just my opinion of course.

Agreed, although I get it why some will still want to attend, for one reason or another.

As bad as it’s been recently, I will still miss going, but I’ve decided not to play the game anymore.

What is the point, really, when the owners and their hired goons have no ambition or desire to drive the club forwards?

The best case scenario is treading water in the Championship, but next season is shaping up to be far worse.

It's easy to not go when you stop going.

You'll miss it less than you think.

i think the prices are reasonable but unfortunately the ***** who run the club and the crooks that own it make it impossible for me to buy one,the last three seasons have illustrated why  this club is f*****d and on it`s way to the lower leagues and possible oblivion

It’s been refreshing to hear JDT lay our situation bare, it’s what we all knew anyway. Eustace gave the owners a chance to rectify the situation, they declined and the seasons over.

Paul Lambert also suffered at the hands of disrespectful and dishonest owners, Mowbray had meddling in team affairs too.

Season tickets are on sale soon, the cost is irrelevant for me, I wouldn’t buy one, be given one, or accept one.

VENKYS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS

150 years---it should be a celebration. Some glorious times.

Looking more like a funeral. Venkys the main villains of course but special mention goes to Jack's family who have trashed his legacy.

Fundamentally the literature on the club website has clearly been thrown together by someone with little idea about the realities of what has been going on at this club and just basically marketing drivel.

"Join us in creating unforgettable memories together"

"This year we celebrate our past and embrace our future"

"From humble beginnings to three time Champions of England"

Rabbiting on about totally irrelevant stuff about being founder members of the League and former PL champions

I wonder how much the club have paid someone to come up with that drivel. The very future existence of the club is up in doubt, dragged through the Indian courts and seemingly on the cusp of financial collapse with negligent and potentially criminal owners and yet they really think nonsense like this is going to boost sales?

They are totally clueless.

The ST campaign is just a box ticking exercise - a chance for Waggott and Sohail to hit their targets on revenue but even if missed there will be no consequence other than perhaps a slightly reduced income.

All this process does is determine whether slippery Steve and the stooges collect as much income next year as they are hoping. Nothing more, nothing less. They will batten down the hatches and pretend all the chaos and destruction of this season, last season and the one before never happened or that it was nothing to do with them.

Total charlatans the lot of them.

When ticket sales are low they will blame the fans for disloyalty and plenty of supporters will agree with them.

This comment taken from Rovers Fans.com :

"That’s excellent value . £249 for me , £299 for my wife . We can moan and groan about Rovers , but not about ticket affordability"

Each person will make their decision based on their own personal choice.

I’ll miss chatting to the people I sit near.

I won’t miss sitting in a more than half half empty ground, or the Venkys sympathiser who sits behind me.

I look forward to retuning one day if / when this lot finally go.

I would definitely return if that ever happens in my lifetime.

When they sell I will actively make the effort to come back, but until that time they can do one.

Still discussions along the lines of "if Venkys left who would buy us?" (though not on this forum).

How do such people explain the case of Carlisle then? Never won anything, currently bottom of the League but bought by 2 American Billionaires.

We would have plenty of suitors if only Venkys would do the decent thing and do one.

If no one would buy us (they would) this would be because of what the Venkys et al have done to the club.

Hardly a ringing endorsement for keeping the status quo.

I'm undecided.

What are your thoughts on the price increases?

And you'd like to think their first game as owner there will be a packed to the rafters Ewood Park. I long for the day.
