Season Tickets 2025/26

Slightly off topic but at Man City from next season, the only fans who will be able to buy a season ticket will be existing ST holders. Any newcomers will be able to buy a flexi ticket.  That means that prior to every home game those fans will be contacted (or maybe they will have to contact the club) to see if they were going to attend the next game. If they were, then all well and good. If they aren’t then the club will sell their seat for that game to someone else. Any flexi ticket holder who misses a certain number of games without telling the club they weren’t going to attend those games will have their flexi ticket taken away. Man City say that around 3000 ST holders weren’t attending a game for any given home game and want the right to sell those empty seats again.

The future?

Again slightly off topic, some friends of ours went to watch City v Real Madrid back in February. They got a tip to join as a member and tickets a quite easy to come by. They paid £50 for 1 adult and 1 child to watch 2 of the best side in Europe in Champions League.

It cost me and our Peg more than that to watch Rovers v Sunderland on Boxing Day!

Interesting that 4000 adult sales was only 10% below target. The bar is set really low. Barely meets the bill for executive pay. Ironically they are going on sale early which is what people want (why they want to part with their money before the season has finished is completely beyond me) and even if they have also finally listened and dropped the price significantly this will backfire due to the mess that the club now finds itself in.

I will of course be renewing, despite only attending around 15 matches each season, as I will be getting my pensioner discount for the second year which has felt like a proper price drop. I hope others get the benefit of a reduction too although I doubt it.

Club are welcome to sell my seat for games that I cannot attend due to being midweek or stupidly rearranged to fit in with Sky.

Knowing our lot, this will be the year they go £150 or similar and sales will still be shit because the vast majority of us have given up until there is high level changes (ownership and board)

Then we’ll have the next 10+ years of £400+ and happy clappers saying cheap prices don’t work

When you have Owners who give a damn about their Club....Bolton have sold 13k + ST's to date for next Season.

Remarkable.

No pricing?  It won't be good news otherwise it would be central to their announcement.

TBH, even if Waggott phoned me offering free season tickets he would be told where to stuff them.

Will not be returning to Ewood until we have both owners and executive management with integrity, credibility, ambition and a love of our club.

Yep.

They have really healthy sales every year at this time because they are on sale early and the prices are great.

Just goes to show what proper owners with real vision gets you.

How do preston do season ticket wise?

Classic Waggott move.

He absolutely knows season ticket sales will be dire next season so he's getting them on sale quicker so he can say "we tried, we got the tickets on sale quicker following feedback from fan groups". Effectively trying to blame the fan base when the final sales figures or so low. "Nothing more we can do" 🙄

Even priced super low, sales would struggle for next season regardless.  Unless of course the twats in Pune sell up.

it`s going to be a major embarassment and i can`t see much of a change price wise from last year, though there may be some silly gimmick in aid of our 150 year anniversery,it won`t be sensible and it won`t benefit the loyal fan

£1.50 off in celebration of our 150th anniversary if you sign up and pay before the end of March will be the sort of pointless silly gimmick that he'll come up with.

I'm noticing a LOT of people on twitter and Facebook saying they won't be renewing because they've had enough of it.

In some ways sad to see it has come to this but perhaps necessary as nothing else is going to shift the scum than something drastic happening like a collapse in ST sales.

Good to see them being on sale so early and that the club have listen to fans and WATR.

I will be renewing and that's my personally choice. I loved going to Ewood Park and watching my Rovers team. I go with my bro and nephew and I ain't going to giving it up. I missed enough Rovers games through covid and it was hard not being there and affected my mentally.

People should respect other people decision whether they chose to renew, buy one or decide not to. People shouldn't bully, harass or victimize for their decision.

How do you know you will be renewing when you haven't seen any pricing or policies yet?

Totally agree with you on this point, Chaddy.

Apologies if this comes across like I'm telling folk what to do, just saying my bit and this is my form of protest now...

Remember... When you hand over your money you contribute to them trying to be as self sufficient as possible... If you do, be prepared to open wide and eat shit. That's what these people do, season after fucking season, shit on their fans and destroy the club. Support the team? The players don't care about the club, or the fans, don't kid yourself, they'll move on to greener pastures for better money, like Eustace.

Under these people there's no ambition and no hope. Just a downward spiral of misery, where you turn up and pay to watch the slow car crash of the club and stadium literally rotting away in front of your very eyes.

They don't deserve your support or your money.

Venkys Out

Rovers till we die.

I do generally agree with this, and if it wasn't for my lad I lm not surenI would he renewing.

I've always liked to think that my ST money has helped contribute to the wages of some of the few good people left behind the scenes at the club.

Seems there has been a massive shift recently and we could be onto record low sales.

I felt pressured into renewing the early bird last season with the false assumption of investment and rebuild after the Wharton and inevitable Szmodic sale.

Wont be falling for that trick again!

Next season is the perfect storm due to our abysmal executives, ownership and their ‘investment’ over the last few years.

No more wonder kids to sell.
No more top players to sell.

Half a squad due to leave in summer due to contracts ending or loans returning.

The remaining half have mostly 12 months or less on their deals so could be sold or leave for free.

A manager who looks completely clueless and wants to play a style of football that needs talent and money.

Still not a penny sent from Venky’s into the club now in 18 months.

It’s going to be dogshit on a level never seen before and I want no part in it.
