chaddyrovers Posted March 20, 2022 Author Posted March 20, 2022 Its been fantastic race, with plenty of over taking and some great moves by the drivers. Good race by Hamilton and Russell, who finished 3rd and 4th. Both Red Bull drivers didn't finished due to Mechanical issues. Charles Le Clerc deserved to win that Grand prix Quote
Guest Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Going to be one hell of a scrap in the constructors. Ferrari look miles ahead on the Bahrain type circuits but RB’s straight line speed was frightening. I’ve been reading that it looks like it could have been the fuel collector (which is an FIA supplier part) not recognising there being fuel left in the tank once it got low. And that RB we’re running less fuel than others to try make up for the weight difference between them and Ferrari. Worrying if so. Jeddah will suit red bull more than Ferrari and for Merc now it’s damage limitation until at least 4/5 races in. They’ll get it right eventually, but will it be too late for Hamilton? Quote
chaddyrovers Posted March 26, 2022 Author Posted March 26, 2022 Its the Saudi Arabia grand prix this weekend and Qualifying in next hour. Its looks like its going very competitive for grand places throughout the field. Its a fair point you make about Hamilton but given there is 23 races this season They could still driver title championship challengers but with the possible of 3 teams challenging for for it will make more exciting and interesting this season. chaddyrovers Posted March 26, 2022 Author Posted March 26, 2022 Hamilton will start 16th for tomorrow grand prix after not being to qualify any faster. The car looks slow and well below his standards. Quote

chaddyrovers Posted March 27, 2022 Author Posted March 27, 2022 very exciting and enjoyable grand prix race. Plenty of over taking by most drivers. On to the Australia grand prix now Quote
chaddyrovers Posted May 8, 2022 Author Posted May 8, 2022 Very good interesting Miami grand prix so far. The circuit is good well balanced circuit Quote
chaddyrovers Posted May 8, 2022 Author Posted May 8, 2022 Max Verstappen deserved to win. Good showing by Lewis Hamilton and George Russell Quote
chaddyrovers Posted May 14, 2022 Author Posted May 14, 2022 Just watching the Ayrton Senna documentary on Sky Documentary and its a great watch and inside one of the best F1 driver ever in the sport 1 Quote
Norbert Rassragr Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 Now VW are in the mix with both Porsche and Audi joining, it will be interesting to see who they'll team up with. Porsche will probably work with Red Bull, and effectively rebrand their engine, but Audi want to be more involved in running a team, or so the rumours say. Williams, Haas and Alfa Romeo would be current candidates for such involvement. Strange to have one company making two engines, with all the costs, and not just having the same engine with a different name. Quote

The only reason people like Porsche and Audi have suddenly become interested in joining F1 is they can see how more and more its swaying over to America, they can see dollar signs infront of their eyes.I predict within the next 5/10 years half of the F1 races will be in America with most of the rest in the far east and only a couple left in Europe Quote
chaddyrovers Posted May 28, 2022 Author Posted May 28, 2022 Looking very forward to the Monaco Grand Prix. Qualifying and the race should be a great watch. Monaco is my favourite circuit on the GP calender Quote
Norbert Rassragr Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 I find Monaco dull as hell, and there will be even less over taking now the cars are as long as canal boats. The scenery is nice though. 1 Quote
chaddyrovers Posted May 28, 2022 Author Posted May 28, 2022 It's always been one of my favourite circuits and I find there is 4 or 5 places where you can overtake on the circuit. Quote
Darrenbot Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Monaco is get to the first corner in 1st and it's 90% chance you are going to win Quote
chaddyrovers Posted May 28, 2022 Author Posted May 28, 2022 Qualifying was great watch and exciting to watch Quote
Norbert Rassragr Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Leclerc should win barring another engine mishap or awful tyre change. Quote

Norbert Rassragr Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 I admire your natural optimism Chaddy, and I hope it does rain, but generally speaking I skip this race. We don't even have Mazepin to somehow screw things up this year and push a car into the barriers when being lapped. Quote
