•    You didn’t really think we would get into the top 6, let alone promotion?
•    You didn’t really think we would spend money for reinforcements in January?
•    You didn’t really think that once JE had decided he had enough of the crap that SWAG/Suhail/Gestede would appoint a manager of any note?
•    You didn’t really think that SWAG/Suhail have any agenda other than hitting the Raos’ targets so as to maintain their own pensions/bonuses?
•    You didn’t really think that the LET would do anything other than tow the party line?
•    You didn’t really think that the chuckle brothers on Rovers TV commentary would blame anything other than the elephant in the room ie. the Raos and horrendous leadership at the top?
•    You didn’t really think that players who have no idea about their future, who have no inkling/information/discussion of contracts would run through walls for a new manager who they don’t rate?
•    You didn’t really think that all the fans are aware of the nonsense that has occurred at this club for the last 14 years (as opposed to the reality that probably 95% of them are oblivious and regard protestors as a lunatic fringe)?

Start the thread Jim 🙂

This.

Some sort of protest has to take place,no pissing around anymore!!😠

it could turn nasty if middlesbourough are giving us a pasting, which is very possiible, especially if directed at waggot and he orders the stewards to round up the dissenters,i remember when the darwen end was unreserved seating and kean was getting loads of abuse, there was a hatchet faced horrible woman in one of the boxes directing security to apprehend the miscreants, the bolton game in particular was very toxic, loads got thrown out and credit to the bloke who got on the pitch and threw his season ticket at king rat😁

Said so many times this season that under Eustace I was back to the enjoyment of the Hughes era.

Not based purely on the results, but just lost all enthusiasm under Ismael.

Was prepared to give him a chance but it’s awful, just awful.

Completely lost interest.

Reading Ismael.comments after game says it all....hes got his three years paycheck and probably knows the team and hierarchy at Rovers are shit...he's hit the jackpot....the lot will be forced to sack him no doubt

The club requires a guy who can grow the team on no budget, grow with the team and grow the club, that's their pitch to prespective employees.

I think now pressing than that, new owners are needed. 150th anniversary next year. Without new owners, the club won't be around to have a 175th I don't think

Full disclosure time, Portsmouth is about an hour on the train from me. It's the closest championship ground to me I think. I didn't go because I knew it would be a shit show and I just can't support that

The only thing that would give me any enthusiasm for the rest of the season is if we bin some of rhe panic loan journeymen and try out some of the promising academy talent. Including the lad wanted by Arsenal.

I dont  give a shit if we lose with them playing. We have lost against all the relegation fodder so what have we got to lose.

Half of the  players in the team will be gone and forgotten at the end of the season.

Agreed.

Season is done now, much rather get some minutes into Tyjon, Dunn etc. As opposed to subbing on dross like Forshaw or Woodrow.

At what point is Captain Pugwash (Lewis Travis) going to issue a public apology to the fans that are travelling to watch this shite week in week out?

Say whatever about the board & French fucker, the players have fucking downed tools it’s plain to see!

Pugwash along with the 4 foot poodle can fuck off after that shit, as can Hyam. Pears should take up professional fishing, but he’d probably catch fuck all!

This the is route I'd go.

Quite frankly, the form literally can not get any worse, so let's blood some of the talented kids and use the senior players who will be here next season.

You cannot tell me that Tyjon (if he's fit) would not be a massive upgrade on what we saw today from Woodrow, for example.

Oh don’t you worry, he’ll be on Instagram later with ‘Dissapointed. Need to bounce back against Boro’.

Bunch of rubber dinghy men. Time and again.

Woodrow won't be here next season (or at least, I fucking hope he won't be), no point in continuing to play him (he's shite anyway).

Get 2/3 of the academy prospects on the bench and get them onto the field over the remaining games.

And the Cherry on today's Shit Cake?..

The bellends at the cobbled end of the M65 now have a real chance of automatic promotion.

Enjoy your Weekend.

Since venkys took over, We've not beaten them once. We play them next month, might be the last time for a long time

Don't get to as many games as I'd like. Only 3 so far this year, but couldn't not go to this one given its in walking distance for me. So far I've witnessed 3 losses. But that was the most turgid performance I've seen in years. Players clearly didn't have a clue what they were trying to do. Pretty much the entire second half we just tapped it between the defence and Pears. No urgency, no plan, no desire. Utterly appalling. Pompey won't get an easier 3 points all season.

As an aside, that’s our good relationship with Liverpool ruined; they’ll be quite rightly fuming that Beck’s hamstring is done again.

Waggott would have been banking on that for next season to fill one or two of our countless holes in the squad.

Don't bet against Dismael signing his former player on a free. Why did he start for this match?

For me, I am not bothered if we have lost a good  relationship with Liverpool. What good have we gained from it.

no we wer`nt,given he was a good coach but you can`t win every week and key injuries in a small squad like ours will mean a drop off in results, don`t think we`de have lost 5 straight games against rank opposition with him in charge,do you????
