The one thing you can’t escape though pal is 5 points is only cupul of wins West Brom are far too unpredictable they slip up or draw a cupul before you know it your right back in it pal.

April fools?

Even putting aside the numerous factors. 4 wins in 19, a poor and depleted squad, and a manager who has come in and lost 4 on the spin to relegation strugglers.

5 points and numerous teams in between is a lot with 7 games to go for anyone. To make up that and then match these teams results in top in such a short time is really hard. Probably requires winning all 7.

We've two home games to get our season back on track, Boro, and Wednesday. It's up to the players to give it 200%, and send the Rovers supporters home happy for a change.

They won't though.

Yeah players have given up now.

Played 4 of the bottom 6 in our last four games and barely laid a glove on any of them.

We aren't all of a sudden going to beat 2 sides in and around us.

But wouldn't that be the Rovers way?

Ha, Yes once upon a time it certainly would have been.

Think even those days are behind us now though unfortunately.

I imagine these two home games will be up there amongst the worst performances of the season, and even that takes some doing!

I've watched a lot of Rovers this season, including all but 1 of Ismael's games in charge. What I've seen of his team is one devoid of organisation, fluidity, and a plan. He had an international break to get his ideas across and the result of that was a toothless 1-0 defeat to a Portsmouth team scrapping around the bottom 3rd of the division.

In order for 6th to occur fans have to hope that with 21 points left to play for Rovers accrue 6 more points than West Brom, Boro, and Bristol City, 1 more than Norwich and Watford, and at least equal Sheff Wednesday's haul. Current form is 4 points from the last 21.

It's not happening. It's not defeatist, it's not naysaying, it's looking at current form, the current manager, the current players, and a history of second half season meltdowns. All of it down to Venkys.

Play offs are long gone, this is all about getting into those 3 charlatans in the boardroom and making them feel as uncomfortable as possible

If we can't protest or make our feelings known now then there never will be a good time.

The clubs line of getting behind the players worked last season as we were in a relegation battle.

But trying to repeat that line now comes across as desperate. Playoffs have long gone and to suggest otherwise is pretty insulting imo. There's now nothing riding on these last few home games. The pressure needs to be applied and ramped up on the owners/slt

It will. We saw that with Stoke last season.

Just the way it is, and why it’s always been difficult on a match day as most fans mood purely shifts on what they see on the pitch.

The non-matchday/soca media stuff is therefore so important.

I don't particularly care about the team selection here.

Does anyone have any good ideas for chants aimed at suhail?

It’s time that they were leaving

It’s time for them to go

If you can’t see the reason

Then I guess you’ll never know

Cos for fifteen years  we’ve been lumbered with Suhail Pasha

PASHA! WHO THE FUCK IS PASHA

Fifteen years waiting for a chance

To get rid of the Venky’s

And a manager from France

But we’ve got to get used to singing Fuck off Suhail Pasha

PASHA! WHO THE FUCK IS PASHA!

Well we are due a performance and long overdue a win so it might come in this one and could probably end with the Boro fans being the one's who are irate.

Rovers   2     Boro  1

Head says we'll get another pasting and do nothing, but history tells us that once the pressure is off and we write the table off the players learn how to play. That said, I don't see it under Ismael because he's absolutely clueless.

Rovers 0-2 Boro, Rovers to have 2 shots all game.
