Let’s stick together as fans through this, not create division. That’s what “they” want in my opinion. I'm a fool, I will be renewing my season ticket next season, and cheer my team on, Blackburn Rovers. 1 Quote

You are writing figments of your own imagination and claiming I have stated these as my own views. I know why your conduct has worsened in recent days. You’re as upset as the rest of us about the situation, but instead of hitting out at the culprits, ie the owners, Suhail and Waggott, you take it out on fellow supporters, whose views have the audacity to differ from your own. You’re also upset about Ismael being hopeless, because you couldn’t understand why some of us believed he was a poor appointment, and have been proven right, (unfortunately ). I could’ve been on here rubbing your nose in it about that, but chose to rise above it. I’m asking you one last time to stop with your provocative and unnecessary quote posts. If you want to have a sensible, respectful debate, no problem, but leave the puerile aggravation out. Thank you. A hate filled atmosphere must rub off on the players now and again. There's only one way to win at football, get behind your team, and play football. 1 Quote

Tomphil2 Posted Monday at 08:39 Posted Monday at 08:39 Most successful ? Ah you mean when we pinched a draw in the 91st min at home ? 5 Quote

There's only one way to win at football, get behind your team, and play football. The atmosphere has become toxic again, and that is the fault of the owners and their hired goons, not the supporters, who have every right to voice their dissatisfaction. It’s clearly gone way beyond “just get behind the lads”. To all intents this season is now over, so the results are largely immaterial anyway. If the team starts brightly tomorrow, I’m sure that will give the fans (or what’s left of them) some encouragement, in turn that will generate a better atmosphere. If they start in the same manner as the last two home games, the atmosphere will again inevitably turn sour. The discontent within the stadium is clearly not aimed at the players, anyway, and I think they realise that. They are highly paid professionals, not schoolboys. The current anger is not the fans fault, so feel free to clap and cheer, which you have every right to do, but don’t blame others for venting. 23 Quote

I'd wager most of the time we've had "official" protests over the past 15 years we've won more often than not so it blows that argument out the water. 4 Quote
Gav Posted Monday at 13:54 Posted Monday at 13:54 (edited) Wednesday players have been paid by all accounts, but what a way to run a football club..... SHITE OWNERS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS Edited Monday at 15:03 by Gav 2 Quote
Mercer Posted Monday at 18:58 Posted Monday at 18:58 (edited) For the longer term good of the club, we need to keep losing. A win tomorrow will merely paper over the cracks, alleviate the pressure a little on the three stooges and Ismael and allow the happy clappers to wallow in a false sense of security - 'we've turned the corner', 'give the manager time to impose his ideas' and 'let's see where we are after the August window'. IMO, it's all shite and what we need is a tsunami of pressure, publicity and events that rids us of what I think is a cancer of incompetence that is destroying our club. I hope we get hammered tomorrow and it's an embarrassment. Edited Monday at 20:47 by Mercer 7 1 Quote

The problem with this is, if everyone did that, a club's leadership could get away with whatever they wanted and the fanbase would never be listened to. I just don't see how success occurs if the customers just clap every outcome and decision, on and off the field on a match day. The fans have to hold the club accountable and the club have to act with the fans in mind. 5 Quote

Win, lose or draw, the manager will keep his job and be allowed to ‘build his squad’ for next season. For me it’s win at all costs for the poor souls passing through the gates, they deserve so much better. VI will leave early next season, rinse and repeat…. VENKYS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS 3 Quote

roversfan99 Posted Monday at 20:55 Posted Monday at 20:55 Even if we lost the last 6, it would make the next month uncomfortable for the board but then be followed by 3 months of nothingness which would calm everything down. With our negligent owners not caring and not budging. Quote
