martonrover Posted Tuesday at 05:20 Posted Tuesday at 05:20 A win and Waggott, Suhail and Gestede will be booking an open top bus parade π Such is my level of detachment, Iβm not even going to watch on TV. Couldnβt care less about the result. Β 2 Quote

I just don't see how success occurs if the customers just clap every outcome and decision, on and off the field on a match day. The fans have to hold the club accountable and the club have to act with the fans in mind. It's a difficult situation, I want the Venkys out, but I want Blackburn Rovers to get back to winning ways. 5 Quote

The fanbase, like ours, is divided, some say support the team at all costs, some say we need Chansiri out, its very similar to our situation SG. I noticed United's 1958 club had an Old Trafford sit-in on Sunday protesting about the Glazers, it was sparce, even though the media tried to say it was thounsands.Β Quote

I want us to remain in the Championship and get back to winning ways. Maybe a big protest at the last home game, might get heard. 1 Quote

TonyM Posted Tuesday at 08:41 Posted Tuesday at 08:41 (edited) In 50+ years of watching Rovers I've never left a game early, or turned off a televised game before the end .....until Friday, when I stopped watching at half time. Felt bad doing it, but the game was so depressing to watch. Will I watch tonight ? ....probably, at least for a while, but not expecting things to be any better. Youβre in with Waggott and Venkys if you buy tickets or spend money inside the stadium. The days of big protests at matches are over, because the attendances arenβt big enough, and a lot of the people who still attend wonβt participate anyway. Shift permitting, I might go on against Watford, for old timeβs sake. 4 Quote

Popular Post TheRevAshton Posted Tuesday at 09:31 Popular Post Posted Tuesday at 09:31 This is 4th time in a row i've rejected free tickets to a Rovers game, couldn't pay me to go at the moment... and I certainly won't be watching it on the tele. Just feel really fed up and disconnected with the Club, it'll take some drastic changes before I set foot in Ewood again. Right now, the only thing that's sparking an interest for me is the fantastic work by Glen and others - momentum is rapidly building, the owners are being exposed, and the board are under serious pressure... it's glorious! 11 Quote

I was responding to someone accusing me of being "in with Waggott and Venkys" by not attending. I would suggest to you that opening gambit is more worthy of intervention. I've no problem with people continuing to attend, but it's a fact that continuing to buy tickets and spend money at the club is helping to maintain the status quo. Β 4 Quote

Gamst Posted Tuesday at 12:55 Posted Tuesday at 12:55 Well itβs finally here. The one weβve all been waiting for.
