Said that ‘performances are getting better’ or to that tune anyway. Said there is a plan at the club which is focused on the academy - all the usual fluff. 2 Quote
Polky Posted April 8 Posted April 8 RoversTV claiming there’s 15,000 on tonight, with 4,000 Wednesday fans. So you’re telling me there’s 11,000 Rovers fans tonight? 1 Quote
Backroom Popular Post Mike E Posted April 8 Backroom Popular Post Posted April 8 Ismael booked. Rovers fans in JWL started chanting off off off 🤣 30 Quote

And he's still a cheeky cunt - the fans asked him to stay away and he gives a pre match interview, which he never does, to ram home that he's going anyway. Quote

But there is a real real culture of 'that'll do, easy street' amongst the players. Clearly culture trickles down, but it's frustrating as a fan. I distinctly remember Hyam and Brittain not liking being challenged on poor performances We should have backed JDT when he was addressing that… 13 Quote

However, given the Venkys record and the experience of other, similar sized clubs (Coventry, Reading, Charlton, Hull) we'd be out of the frying pan and into the fire with a new bunch of charlatans. The reality is BRFC in its current state is likely only to be desirable to asset strippers. Where are these assets of which you speak? 1 Quote

They always count all the season ticket holders. Quite a few of whom probably aren't attending. 1 Quote
Trinidad Rover Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Been much better this half. Buys the clown time even if we lose I think. Quote
dallydally Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Ohashi and Guaye both League One at best. Even Dolan starts to look like Messi he's in such a bad side 1 Quote
bluebruce Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Is this ref on crack? Guy shoved Travis heavily right in front of him, outcome is Sheff free kick and a booking for Travis? Yes Travis mildly put his hand on him first but the ref didn't blow until Trav was shoved. God the refs in this league are nearly as bad as we are. 2 Quote
DutchRover Posted April 8 Posted April 8 (edited) Awful performance, even if it has improved in second half. Useless manager and coaching staff, players not interested, they've seen JDT and Eustace get screwed over and seem just as apathetic as the fans. Nice to equalise, but worry it just buys Ismael time which none of us want. Edited April 8 by DutchRover 2 Quote
jim mk2 Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Rovers are drawing at home. How rubbish must Sheffield Wednesday be? Quote
