philipl Posted Saturday at 09:35 Posted Saturday at 09:35 In the spirit of apathy around here it is appropriate that someone not going to this match starts the thread for the crisis derby. The club going for 6 defeats on the trot taking on the unpaid. Someone posted on BRFCS they wished they had the Sheffield Wednesday owner at Ewood... He might turn up which is more than Venkys ever will. It will be 0-0 unless Ainsley drops the ball in his own net. Makhter Gueye to knock a Wednesday player out cold in a fit of total frustration. 1 Quote

MarkBRFC Posted Saturday at 10:06 Posted Saturday at 10:06 Rovers 0 Sheffield Wednesday 2 One shot on target in the 84th minute. An even worse performance than the last few. The players, manager, board and owners are all pathetic. 6 Quote
sharpysharps86 Posted Saturday at 10:57 Posted Saturday at 10:57 Sheffield Wednesday have a pretty strong away record. 4th in fact, with only the top 3 in the league having better away records. The players heads have gone now. Rovers 0 - 2 Wednesday. 5 Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted Saturday at 11:15 Posted Saturday at 11:15 wednesday have nothing to play for and we could`nt score in a cheap brothel,0-0 written all over it Quote
Mattyblue Posted Saturday at 13:10 Posted Saturday at 13:10 Think this will be the first home game out of choice I’ve not been to since, well, ever. 5 Quote
Ferrit Posted Saturday at 13:21 Posted Saturday at 13:21 Another nailed on loss. Get your money on it 3 Quote
chaddyrovers Posted Saturday at 13:56 Posted Saturday at 13:56 I would play Toth now until end of the season, nothing to lose here. Lets see him on a run of games. I would bring in Ohashi for Gueye and Toth for Pears, apart from that I would keep the same team 45 minutes ago, Mattyblue said: Think this will be the first home game out of choice I’ve not been to since, well, ever. sorry to hear that Matty. KentExile Posted Saturday at 13:59 Posted Saturday at 13:59 (edited) Hope this happens, partially just so that Rovers will have some competition in the race to be relegated first next season Sheffield Wednesday have to pay their players by Monday or face a three-transfer window embargo Maybe a possibility of organising a joint protest against terrible owners though? Mattyblue Posted Saturday at 14:11 Posted Saturday at 14:11 Indeed it isn’t, but it’s always a faff after work and no chance I’m rushing around to support a regime and manager that are going through the motions themselves. 2 Quote
JHRover Posted Saturday at 14:13 Posted Saturday at 14:13 I suppose there will probably be a few thousand of their supporters but other than that this could be the lowest home league attendance in many a year. Quote

A three-window transfer embargo is a death sentence in this league. 1 Quote
martonrover Posted Saturday at 16:43 Posted Saturday at 16:43 Battle of the basket cases. Who can be less arsed will be key to the result. 2 Quote
Jimmy612 Posted Saturday at 16:45 Posted Saturday at 16:45 This should have joint protest written all over it. That would attract media attention. 6 Quote

As per last night, there simply won't be enough people in the stadium to make it effective. Many of those who still attend are happy to tolerate it. Some are even inverted snobs who seem to enjoy it - "I'm a better supporter than you". There will be some organic chants of protest, and probably the throng of teenagers on the Blackburn End, bouncing up and down and keeping the Police on their toes. 1 Quote

Or maybe some of us wanted to get behind the players and back them. I want Rovers to win games of football. Simple as Quote

Maybe they'll get Adam Forshaw in the summer then 😂. Rohl comes across as a fantastic coach and would do wonders at a club with sufficient backing. If he doesn't get a bigger job in the summer I'd be very surprised. Quote

martonrover Posted Saturday at 18:21 Posted Saturday at 18:21 Just get behind the lads FFS (even though they’re going through the motions for their bucks). Exhibit ‘A’ of the typical supporter who attends home games next season. Almost as annoying as the idiots running the club. 1 Quote
