Good to actually win a game of football. Ohashi took his goal so well but good weight pass by Hedges.. Montgomery unlucky to get sent off but did well overall. Toth, clean sheet. Willing to come for the ball. We need to work on that attribute now. Delighted for those Rovers fans who gone to a game. Very happy journey back. Our first league win there in 23 away league games. Delighted tonight 🔵⚪️ Is this based on Radio Lancashire audio? "Willing to come for the ball" is a hell of a way to turn a glaring weakness into a positive. 5 Quote

johnradfordsubbuteo2 Posted yesterday at 17:19 Posted yesterday at 17:19 Kaminski Posted by Herts Hatter on 12/4/2025, 17:07:25 Again absolutely shit off his line. He makes regulation saves but costs us points with his total inability to read the game. If he leaves this summer i won't shed a tier as we need a keeper who has legs as well as arms Quote

Ossydave Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Been working so didn't watch today but just watched the highlights and looks like we were pretty lucky with them clattering the bar twice. Weird finish from Yuki but they all count. The second yellow for the red was absurd but standard for a championship ref. Luton fans ought to be very concerned if they can't turn us over. 1 Quote
Mercer Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago (edited) A surprise and unconvincing win but omg what an abysmal team Luton have become so quickly. We rode our luck with 2 stunning Luton strikes hammering the woodwork but guess we are due some luck. As for Toth, haven't seen a Rovers' goalie so unconvincing on crosses since John Butcher! Neither Pears or Toth are good enough. Question for anyone at Luton today - did Ismael acknowledge and thank the fans having at long last managed a win? Edited 23 hours ago by Mercer 2 Quote

Under normal circumstances, a 'normal' club would have Toth in for the rest of the season, now our season is over, in order to see what he really is capable of. However, if Glen is correct about a 3 month break clause in Ismael's contract, Ismael, desperate for points to 'solidify' his position will go for what he sees as the least risk option. Tomorrow, we face a team battling for their Championship lives and on seemingly a decent run, unbeaten in last 5 games with 9 points added which is feckin brilliant in comparison to our 4 losses in 5 with only 1 point earned. I would be staggered with any result other than a Luton win, more so if any of our players don't fancy Ismeal next season and are presumably now aware of the alleged contractual break clause. Luton by at least 2 or 3 clear goals and if they get a couple early doors, I could see the roof really caving in. Quite an achievement to get so much wrong in one post. 3 Quote
