We are due another reverse, and we always flop when expectation has swung towards the positive.

Mackems 2 Rovers 0

But nobody really gives a toss.

If you dont give a toss why come on here and tell us? Those who do give a toss dont need to know and others who dont give a toss are unlikely to be on this page so I can only imagine it is to wind people who give a toss up

It will still be a tough game regardless.

Every game is tough but when we played Sunderland on Boxing day, it was very even good game. Impressed by Sunderland

I don't think Sunderland making changes benefits us much at all, the fringe players will be well up for it and trying to stake a claim for the play off fixtures. Prior to this they've only scored 4 goals in their last 7 games and haven't scored more than 1 goal in a game since Cardiff at the start of March. I'd be a little concerned if I was a fan of theirs.

3-1 away win.

Arbitro, you are of course correct - lots of people (including me) want Rovers to win, and what I meant to say was that regardless of the result, the reality is that the result has no bearing on anything, other than a win is a better feeling than a defeat.

I think a relaxed bunch of Mackems will find us easy to push over, because none of the underlying problems have been fixed, and our absentee owners are showing all the signs of not giving a toss other than making the odious Waggot more comfortable in his surely fast approaching retirement.

Fair play to all those hardy souls making the long ish trek to the Stadium of Darkness in search of short term solace for the long term ills. For me, it is simply a case, as ever of...

VENKYS OUT!

Hoping for another positive result today for the fans that are travelling up! COYB 🌹

Another season with so much potential WASTED by the chaotic mess behind the scenes at our club.

There needs to be a common goal of demanding better for the team & the club. Enough is enough.

The goal being The Rao Family selling up, progression on the pitch by finally achieving a Top 6 Championship finish and ultimately, with a bit of luck, promotion back to the Premier League under present, passionate & communicative owners who put the best interests of the club and the community it is part of FIRST!

Hmmm. I think the point he is making is that the fact that this game is meaningless at this stage of he season is a terrible indictment of those, who run the club?

That maybe the case but he doesn't say that. He says he does not give a toss which entirely different argument

Indeed., but sometimes, we can look behind the words?

As for me, I am so angry that the game has no meaning...but-.like when I was boycotting- I still want us to win...

Rest Ohashi, start Gueye with Tyjon playing off him.. Raise the lads profile so when we inevitably lose him, we can get a bit more for him..

Nothing agaisnt any of them, but I don't see value in  Sanderson, Cozier-Duberry, Woodrow, Foreshaw being in the squad.

Might as well throw some young lads on the bench that'll be here beyond the end of the season..

Rovers to win today - couldn't resist a cheeky tenner at 15/4.

Sunderland 'coasting' in 3rd place and will be looking to avoid injuries.  Just the sort of game Rovers win and we all start saying 'if only'!

This will be a toughie for Rovers to win. But, our squad is looking better, more confident, than a mere two weeks ago. I agree on not using loaners; in fact, let ‘em go back to parent clubs.

Gueye scores today; Rovers come away with a point. COYB!!

Hope Woodrow proves me very wrong but he’s looked finished from his appearances so far

They probably need Woodrow to score so they can justify offering him a contract for next season and get his agent his 15%
