Serie A club, Lazio have announced that they have come to an agreement with Blackburn Rovers for the temporary transfer of midfielder Dino Baggio for the 2003-4 season.

The 32-year-old midfielder, who has 60 Italian caps,  has impressed Graeme Souness during the last week whilst training with Rovers.

Baggio has previously played for Juventus, Parma, Inter Milan and Torino.

Meanwhile, Blackburn striker Egil Ostenstad has joined Henning Berg at Glasgow Rangers.
