With Blackburn's Australian right back still suspended for a further 2 games, manager Graeme Souness had further bad news last night, with the possible 6 weeks lay off of Marcus Babbel who limped out of yesterdays game against Fulham on the half hour, with a thigh injury.

Souness also without injured central defender Craig Short will need to reshuffle a defence that has looked uncoordinated so far this season, conceeding a total 14 goals in the 7 league games.
