Blackburn Rovers have agreed a fee with Aston Villa for goalkeeper Peter Enckelman.

He is currently undergoing a medical and then the completion of the transfer rests with the player agreeing to terms.

The transfer of Peter Enckelman has been completed for a reported fee of £150,000. plus additional payments subject to appearances.

The signing was not competed in time to allow Graeme Souness to include the player in the squad that travels to Wolverhampton for tomorrow nights game.
