With Alan Mahon added to the injury list, (thigh injury) there was some good news for Blackburn manager Graeme Souness when Brett Emerton and Craig Short were declared fit enough to be included in the squad for tonight’s game against Wolves.  

Although the signing of Peter Enckelman’s transfer from Villa was completed yesterday, papers were not completed in time for him to be included in the squad so Yelldell will retain the substitute keeper spot on the bench.
