Rovers 2 Wednesday 1

The U19 beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 on Saturday.

Rovers first goal was a result of an Andy Taylor shot being deflected into his own net by a Wednesday defender.

Rovers second goal was a penalty scored by Matt Darbyshire.

Rovers played most of the second half with 10 men after Alex Bruce was sent off for raising his arm to an opponent.
