Blackburn are reported to be in an advanced stage of agreeing a deal to link up with Belgian First Division side Cercle Brugge.

It understood that the Belgian club would to act as their feeder club to the Rovers, allowing Rovers youngsters can gain first-team experience in Belgium and Rovers getting first choice on any Cercle players .
