Fit again midfielders Barry Ferguson and David Thompson, will be aiming to regain automatic first team selection when they embark on Rovers pre-season visit to Germany next week.

Rovers kick of the tour with a game against SG Schorndorf on Friday 16th July, before they become involved in a mini four team tournament at Reutlingen, on the 20th July.

Rovers will play SSV Reutlingen 05; and the winners will meet either SSV Ulm or the Albanian National side.

The winners of the Reutlingen Tournament going on to play the winners of a similar Tournament, involving, Bohemians Prague, FC Erzgebirge Aue, SpVgg Weiden and David Dunn's Birmingham City.

The game involving the finalists of each tournament will take place on Friday 23rd July.
