Ricky Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 The red card isn't even mentioned on the official site report
roversWASmylife Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Shouldnt think so, i would have thought we will have a strong case if he does as the game was only a 50 minute game. Souey seemed to be shaking his hand after the game and in a boyent mood so hopefully he wont be banned and wont be included in the referees report. Didn’t this happen to Gillespie during one pre-season? He got sent off in one of the pre-season games and missed the first few games of the season due to suspension?
Ben-2000 Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 its now on the official site about de pedro being sent off, looks like they had no choice not to hide it anymore...
The Producer Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Official site also now says it won't lead to a suspension because it was a self-contained pre-season tournament with its own set of rules. Phew - couldn't handle another farcical game with no specialist left-midfielder!
modes98 Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 looks like they had no choice not to hide it anymore... Don't think its a case of hiding it. It's more like clarification, all they could have put it we are not sure. But now they know they have put it up. Would be stupid for the offical site to not put up information that is available on the supporters site (where lee posts)!
grizfoot Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Nice report Scotty De Pedro sent off on his Debut not the best of starts, didn't flitty get sent off on his debut (i may be wrong )
Siriwan Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Nice report Scotty De Pedro sent off on his Debut not the best of starts, didn't flitty get sent off on his debut (i may be wrong ) Reyes scored an own goal on his debut. Maybe it's Spanish speciality?

Ricky Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I clicked on the link but can't find any picks. Can someone tell me how to get to the pics of the away shirt.
Gareth Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 De Pedro sent off on his Debut not the best of starts, didn't flitty get sent off on his debut (i may be wrong ) Yeah... handball/elbowing someone (?) after 3 mins vs Everton March 1996. Right in front of the Darwen End - I was there! Not suprisingly we lost 3-0
modes98 Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Birmingham Lose and Win And so we play Bohemians Prague (or something) should be a totally spell binding encounter between 2 giants of the footballing world! AT least we can get our hands on a cup!
Manchester Blue Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 We were always playing Bohemians Prague. I'm not sure if there is a cup to win as such as we are supposed to be playing first followed by Brum v Ulm. I think that the Rovers and Brum wanted to avoid each other so the fixtures were set as those.
Scotty Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 We were always going to play Bohemians Prague as neither Blackburn or Birmingham wanted to play each other. Something about it being too competitive for this stage of pre-season or something. Birmingham will be playing Ulm on Friday. Last night, during the break between the two Rovers matches, SteB, Manchester Blue, Jordan and myself were sat outside a bar just across from the stadium drinking an ale or two. Along comes one of the Ulm players and sits down with us saying he wants to speak English again as he misses it. The player was Daniel Sengewald who apparently used to play for Motherwell under Terry Butcher a couple of years ago - as well as a string of other clubs including Royal Antwerp, 1860 Munich and Genclerbirligi. He was a top fella and sat there chatting with us for about ten minutes or so before he had to rush off and get ready for the match against Rovers. While he was there Souness walked past so Jordan mentioned that Daniel used to play for Motherwell. Souness then came over for a quick chat - at one point he was pointing out the virtues of Glasgow women! Anyway, our Dan (as we now know him!) gave Jordan his mobile number and has promised to show SteB and Jordan the sights and sounds of Ulm after the game on Friday. Daniel also mentioned that he hated Robbie Savage (as well as telling us an extremely libellous story about Savage that I couldn't possibly repeat on here) so there could be a bit of needle on Friday.
Cocker Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 (edited) here's one Do you think that they could have made the HSA sign any bigger Edited July 22, 2004 by Cocker
Cocker Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 Why's there a squirrel on the chest as well? Maybe his hair is even longer this year and its just his pony tail
Flopsy Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 nah its a Squirrel and if it is his hair - he needs to have it cut. effing hippy
bob fleming Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 That's the squirrel that warned Tugay about the car that was about to hit him. Tugay swerved at the last millisecond thanks to the squirrel and his life was saved. Since then they've been inseparable. What a good do.

bob fleming Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 Chris - It's early days in their relationship and I for one wish them all the very best. They don't need this constant probing into their private lives. It's a perfectly normal relationship that should be left to develop at it's own pace between a grown man and a squirrel. Strewth, it's like the dark ages on here sometimes.
