Almost time to review this thread, but having a sneak preview, it's amazing just how many of us predicted Everton would be relegated!

With Spit the Diouff scoring at Eastlands and a quick look at the table and fixtures list, I will be a touch disappointed if we don't finish 11th this season- anything above that will be a huge bonus.

Its funny how things turn out at the end of a season isnt it? Reading through, i noticed how somebody said ' it depends on how key rovers players like De pedro do on where we will eventually finish' Did de pedro even play 90mins? Football is a funny old game!

i suspect next season will be a back to usual one for them

Either that or the Champions League will allow them to attract a higher quality of players and we could see them start to sustain that sort of position. Or everything could go wrong, finishing fourth they would still have to go through qualifiers before making the real competition, if they are knocked out of that and don't improve their team over the summer, could really be from heros to zeros.

It's strange, at the beginning of the season very few predicted Chelsea would win the league, yet it has appeared a forgone conclusion for most of the season.

I got rovers at 11th with 49 pts. Norwich, WB and Saints Down

I got Rovers 12th with 49 points, but I was being a bit optomistic with Rovers results (only loss to Spuds).

Naach (20), Soton (19) and West Brom (18) down, with Naach on 22 points... perhaps I was a tad harsh

The higher up the table the more money will come our way. Let's hope for a geat finish to the season. And if we get to the FA Cup final we will be in europe next season.
