Maverick Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Two yellow card's in 30 min. How could we have a player like that on the field. Going to be another disapointing game today. Let's hope for 1 point.

LeChuck Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 (edited) Clearly haven't. Urgh forget it, it's like arguing with a 5 year old. Tugay was indeed stupid, sounds like both bookings were completely needless. Anybody know what formation we're playing now? Edited October 16, 2004 by LeChuck
philipl Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Downing deliberately handled and didn't geyt booked (Tugay's first booking)
krislu Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Downing deliberately handled and didn't geyt booked (Tugay's first booking) What has that to do with anything? Tugay still deserved a yellow card, damn I'm mad now.
John Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 I hope Hughes was not holding his mobile phone when Tugay got sent off- or it could be in bits again like on Wednesday
Florida Rover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Anybody know what formation we're playing now? Seems that Gerald says Reid has come more central and Djorkaef has slid left?Dickov alone up top,i believe.Unfortunately, his commentary has been lacking in description of the formation Florida Rover

Let's hope Reid has a good game in the centre and provides us with a solution to the central midfield problem...A.K.A Tugay.
Florida Rover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 I know it is the heat of the moment but for me I don't need to see Tugay on the pitch for a long while again! Florida Rover
American Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 I'm sure we'll hear that we weren't at the match, and don't understand Tugay's genius. I blame the squirrel.
philipl Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 0-0 is the very bes we can hope for. With all the players back to fitness, its going to be a bad time for Tugs to be suspended.
tchocky Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 I hope Hughes was not holding his mobile phone when Tugay got sent off- or it could be in bits again like on Wednesday Sparky's cell phone is the least of my worries right now!
Florida Rover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 . I blame the squirrel. Yeah, that's the ticket! It was the squirrel.Shall we start a march against the squirrel?
cuidado Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Tugay is a joke. Only thing Hughes managed to do when we lost against villa (?) was bringing Tugay on, and he got in instant yellow card, and was @#/? for the rest of the match. Un-f'in-believeable. GIVE MORTEN THE CHANCE
Florida Rover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 (edited) Well that didn't take long.Quick execution.Goal JFH Rovers 0-Boro 1 Edited October 16, 2004 by Florida Rover
Florida Rover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Game over now down 0-2.Goal Boateng.2 goals in opening 5 minutes of the second half
John Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 2-0. Game over, another sh*t Saturday night. Can't blame the manager, team selection etc. Ten men are always going to struggle.
BuckyRover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 HUGHES OUT!! He has lost 4 out of the last 5 that he has taken charge of. (inc Wales)
modes98 Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 (edited) Wow we are screwed! Just scored via djorkeff and it was ruled to be "not over the line" another chant of the referre's a banker going round the ground! Edited October 16, 2004 by modes98
philipl Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 (edited) I am afraid we are in for a thrashing this afternoon. Four or five? Just heard Downing destroyed Neill for the first one. Boateng scored his first goal in 119 games today. So we are bound to get a penalty today? Edited October 16, 2004 by philipl
krislu Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 (edited) I am afraid we are in for a thrashing this afternoon. Four or five? Wouldn't bet against it, they are all over us atm, we are just that poor! 3-0 Edited October 16, 2004 by krislu
greggyk Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 (edited) 3-0! Did'nt even show any bottle despite being down to 10 men with Liverpool and Chelsea away next, we will be bottom by then. Edited October 16, 2004 by greggyk
Florida Rover Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 Thank you sir may I have another? As you wish =another goal down. 0-3 Boro
Maverick Posted October 16, 2004 Posted October 16, 2004 IF we are going to stay in the PL then we have to win against teams like Middlesbrough at home. Bring on some fresh legs and go for 2-2. Doesn't matter if we lose 0-2 of 0-5. Zero points is zero points.
