Venky’s Won’t Sell

Blackburn Rovers owners Venkys are not looking to sell the club - despite problems getting cash out of India.
Venkys have had recent approaches to find out what they want for the outfit they bought a decade ago.
But the Pune-based family are not interested in getting out although fan frustration with them is mounting.
Despite the threat of a drop to League One Venkys would only consider selling if they win promotion to the Premier League.

Fulham Join Szmodics Chase

Fulham are joining the Sammie Szmodics fan club as the Blackburn Rovers hit man keeps on scoring.
Top scout Brian Talbot saw Szmodics take his total to 21 for the season last week as he looks for extra forward firepower.
Szmodics is in the form of his life and has also been tracked by Brentford, with the Premier League outfits realising there may be a scramble in the summer.
Blackburn hope to stay up and then demand a big fee if the big clubs come calling but relegation may change the picture entirely.
