Supporters at Ewood this season may already have noticed a giant Chile flag in the stands in honour of Ben Brereton Díaz - and the mission will continue to ensure it's on display at as many home and away matches as possible.

Organised by BRFCS's Josh Boswell, the clamour to “buy the biggest flag we possibly can” ended up raising a whopping £375 from supporters via crowdfunding platform GoFundMe. It started by asking for £150 to get a 6ft wide flag but came up with enough for a 25-footer.

Efforts are ongoing to get it on show at every match with fans taking responsibility for fixing the flag in an appropriate location before each match and then passing it on to the next volunteer.
