You're absolutely off your head if you're thinking of buying a season ticket for these cunts. -

Bench your biggest goal threat 😂 Strikes me of a man who thinks he's the dogs bollocks and that what he thinks/says must be gold... But if you want to give the fan base even more reason to hate you, fair play. -

Whatever works. Thing is, for me and for many others I'm sure, it was easier to put the blinkers on and ignore the ownership & "board" when on the field matters are going in a positive direction... You can somewhat wear your shirt with a bit of pride and feel at peace with buying one but when every single time things get ambitious these people FUCK IT UP and their ineptitude interferes with on field matters... That's when you feel that buying tickets, shirts, food, drink feels like you're not supporting the club anymore, you're supporting their contempt for the fans and mismanagement of this important footballing institute... And that's what it is, contempt... If you were treated like this anywhere else you'd vote with your feet. At the end of the day, the clubs fucked, there's no hope, plan or ambition, it's just existing on scraps, dieing of starvation, withering and rotting away. They're struggling to put money in, so make it even harder for them in my view. NOT A PENNY MORE. -

Fair point... Because realistically we're not going to empty the ground, people will still go but maybe we can convince those people to at least not buy pints there and instead invest it in local pubs in the surrounding area and come at it from that angle. Reduce the income for them, make it harder for them to run/fund the club. -

I understand 👍🏻 not being privy to what the plan is from the action group and others involved, all I'm doing is pointing out the inevitability of the only effective approach that we haven't attempted yet... Financially. -

I take my hat's off to you all. Nice to see there are still some willing to fight. The response of certain fans STILL after all these years are a big reason as to why I've made my decision to stay away and protest in my own way by encouraging others to not buy season tickets. These will be the same fans who were giving me shit as I stood there on my own in the Riverside with my Kean Out banner which was I think the first spark of the protests over 10 years ago. This is why physical protests (IMO) haven't worked and still won't work. These fans won't stand shoulder to shoulder with you. They will do the opposite. These people you will never get through to. They are how they are. Set in their ways. Will forever be shit on and say thanks. I envy and pity them at the same time. My personal opinion is to choose the most effective protest, which some may not agree with, not to try and get a protest to please everyone because it's not possible to bring everyone together, as romantic as it sounds we have to learn that it's not realistic. We have to learn from our previous efforts, a few banners, a few chants, protests weaker than those over a decade ago... Won't make a difference. I've seen the statement on sky. I mean this in the most respectful way as someone who stood with many of you in protests back in the day... What's the goal here? They stay away, then what? They still own the club, they still cut costs, the downward spiral continues. Is the next step to advise fans to hurt them financially? No merch, food or season tickets? I think this is the only language they speak and the only way to truly hurt them. Doing this to put them in the spotlight unfortunately is a fleeting issue in the media, we're not a fashionable or big enough story anymore. To be clear, I saw a post from someone, not sure if it was aimed at me but... I'm not telling anyone to boycott, all I'm trying to do is encourage people to not buy season tickets. If you must go, at least don't spend money there. Fuck off Waggot, Pasha, Venkys and your season ticket to watch you slowly kill our club. NO SEASON TICKETS. NO MERCH. NO FOOD & DRINK. -
I think this is fair, my best mate still says he's going because it's important time spent with his son. It depends on your motivations. Take me and my dad for example, he took me to old Ewood and passed me over the turnstile in the Blackburn end as a kid. We've lived the dream, now we go and leave only with stress, apathy and disappointment, we've had enough. To anyone who thinks I'm bad person for encouraging fans not to go, if it means much needed time spent with your family and friends then I encourage you to go. However for those who go out of habit, for those who are pissed off, for those living in false hope, for those looking for the most effective way to protest... DO NOT BUY A SEASON TICKET.

Apologies if this comes across like I'm telling folk what to do, just saying my bit and this is my form of protest now... Remember... When you hand over your money you contribute to them trying to be as self sufficient as possible... If you do, be prepared to open wide and eat shit. That's what these people do, season after fucking season, shit on their fans and destroy the club. Support the team? The players don't care about the club, or the fans, don't kid yourself, they'll move on to greener pastures for better money, like Eustace. Under these people there's no ambition and no hope. Just a downward spiral of misery, where you turn up and pay to watch the slow car crash of the club and stadium literally rotting away in front of your very eyes. They don't deserve your support or your money. Venkys Out Rovers till we die.

Were you at Anfield in May 1995?

I remember being outside Ewood celebrating. The ITN news van was there and there was a guy driving around with a sofa on his roof with people celebrating on it. -

My dad has a bit of a story but he doesn't post on here just lurks... He went on the day without a ticket. Paid for a ticket outside the ground, went to go into the ground but the coppers stopped him, turns out the tickets were stolen (what a suprise 😂) anyway... Whoever the tickets belonged to originally very kindly gave them to my dad, wether they were too shook up to bother with the game I don't know but he was very lucky to get in for the game. Wonder if anyone knows those folks? -

I said the same a decade ago... All you'll experience is the same old folk who blindly go down every week giving you shit for disrupting their game. This is my protest. Passing on what I learned and trying to stop as much money flowing into their hands as possible. -

Just simply ask yourself... Which do you think Waggot and Pasha would shit themselves the most from?... A few banners, chants and angry voices... They could just choose not to turn up for the game. OR If a well run campaign encouraging people to not renew started getting support? -

If they didn't do it under Steve Kean they won't do it now. I've seen some of the recent protests done and compared to the early days of their ownership, they're absolutely worlds apart. Most of those hardcore protestors realised that walking away is the simplest form of protest and that the sheer amount of time and organisation it takes to get a protest going just isn't worth it. Listen, good luck to anyone willing to step up. They have my respect, I'm just trying to pass on my knowledge and experiences so people don't further waste their time, get themselves needlessly in trouble all for nothing but pain, anger and disappointment. These people see us all as peasants, beneath them, disposable, scum... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. -

There's nothing that can be done. The protests have already been done, they don't and won't make a difference. All you'll experience is anger, frustration and disappointment... Trust me, I've been there and I've done it all. Mass exodus is the only way. Don't hand over your cash. Make it harder for them to run the club. They're trying to make it as self sufficient as possible, if they're not willing to put money in, then neither should you. The most simple and effective protest is to simply do nothing. Don't go. Walk away, until they fuck off. Oh... And don't kid yourself with this, I support the team through thick and thin nonsense because it's time for a reality check... These players don't give a flying fuck about Blackburn Rovers. They're here because we pay them the most, it's a job and nothing more. They're mercenaries and will all be looking for the exit as soon as they possibly can whilst the ship is sinking, like rats. This isn't the club we fell in love with. This is a soulless, passionless, shell of a club that only delivers disappointment. No optimism, no hope and therefore no point in turning up season after season to have the piss taken out of you and treated like shit. At some point you have to say enough or you open up wide and eat more shit. Your choice. Rovers till we die. -

Ismael is already finished wether he realises it or not. His failings are a representation of the failings of the club. Perhaps somewhat unfairly, he will take the flak for Waggot and the owners. If he had a bit of sense, he'd resign and walk away because there's absolutely NOTHING he can do to fix this. He isn't good enough. For the sake of your mental health folks... Forget your season tickets next season, it won't be worth it. Forget this lot, they don't deserve your time and money. -

Yeah I'm done with him. When the pressure is off he's an ok goalkeeper but when the pressure is on he absolutely bottles it season after season. You could probably say the same for Hyam aswell. A lot of bottlers in that team. -

Pears, Sanderson, ACD, Cantwell (is it possible for him to FUCK OFF up the pitch for once and play attacking midfield instead of wandering into DM????) I never want to see again in a Rovers shirt. I'm done with this club. Today was my breaking point. A shit performance from a shit manager that should have never gotten the job. The owners, the hierarchy, the manager... All a bunch of absolute shite. Was thinking about the away shirt for 50% off but they're not getting another fucking penny off me. I'm not sticking around to witness them free fall down the table and probably through the league next season. Put your money on us being relegated next season because this lot (manager, 'board', owners) will make sure of it next season. Up yours Venkys. I wish you the absolute worst you fucking cunts. Good luck everyone. -
