As he has previous, and it seems Waggott is stuck with him, you'd have thought he'd have stuck around instead of jollying it up in Birmingham.
-
Considering the very limited timescale, stick around and make sure it goes through. Are you for real? He's the CEO and gets paid a six figure salary to oversee the runnings of the club. It's not like they were ordering the concourse bread rolls.
-
Waggot out! Pascha out! As for Silvester, launch that c*** into the sea.
-
This is how they respect your custom. With lazy contempt.
-
We'd be better off with Sylvester the cat. I hear the guy is an absolute two hat, so get rid, sue him for negligence, throw him to the dogs. What an absolute wanker. But... Why were Waggott and Pascha in Birmingham at such an important time? They have to answer for this too.

v Birmingham FA Cup 4th Round replay - 31/1/23

I felt that way about Mowbray. The majority of players just aren't good enough after years of bad recruitment. Well, that and relying on youth too much. -
No idea, but then I don't have a recruitment team. Which superhuman do you want to make Sam Gallagher a prolific goalscoring superstar?
-
I've felt like that since November 2010.
-
According to someone who posted earlier, it's the coaches job to get them scoring. It's that simple, so let's just find the best goalscoring coach and give them millions. Going up going up going up!!!!!
-
I was being facetious, but exactly. They've employed a recruitment team, but seemingly forgot to employ someone competent enough to complete the job.
-
It wouldn't be pointless if brought in alongside a decent striker. As it is, seems pointless if there's still two donkeys in front of him.
-
Plenty of "heads" here. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2022/december/19/the-team-behind-the-team-/ But looks like they forgot to appoint a head of getting it over the fecking line.
-
When you look at the complete picture, it's an absolute shambles. Hirst, a failed signing with much fanfare from our DOF is sent back. BBD signs pre contract - Rovers get nothing. Sorba comes in on loan - on paper looks a good signing IF he can repeat his previous Hudds form. We may or may not be signing a striker on loan - but we don't. Markanday sent out on loan. O Brien linked, then isn't, then is, then isn't. Markanday sent out on loan. O Brien deal back on, he's having a medical... And we're signing him, but maybe not. And we may or may not be signing a youth midfielder. There's pictures of him with a Rovers shirt, but no word from the club. Silence befalls the club.

Waggott's explaining to Gregg that no matter what, everyone will have forgotten this by next month, and how he's been getting away with it since 2017.
-
Aye, it's not just a problem on the pitch. I imagine Waggott's reaction to the amateurish goings on, is to sip his tea whilst taking a cursory glance at his bank balance.
-
I got it wrong, I should have said he was on valium.
-
And when he got Gallagher he thought "valium."
-
The ones who fell for it last season.
-
Gregg and Swagg held a committee meeting to see if it ticked all of Venkys boxes. Cheap - check. Potential - check. Dupes fans into thinking we're serious - they bought it last season, check.
-
No one knows. Waiting to see if they got the paperwork through in time according to our local journo.

And that sinking feeling that we haven't really moved on from those days much. If anything, there's less investment now. Bad form of the club for not keeping the fans informed directly.
-
Approaching 12.30 and still no official word from the club. This is bringing back unpleasant memories of the Kean days.
-
Even as a midfielder he’s one for the future. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethan_Brierley

Some fans have been complaining at the lack of goals scored. Can we complain?
