  1. The tombola will be out now. Made worse by the fact iFollow has their own shenanigans. It's double the smack in the face when we lose. Equivalent of going to the match and being forced to watch it on your laptop whilst an annoying cnut sporadically waves in front of your face.
  2. We shouldn't play him at all, he's bleeding awful.
  3. I can't see any team challenging for a runners up place with two big money strikers who can't score. It's a big burden to put on Armstrong before Dack comes back. The only positive I can take is after many years we finally have a decent defence and goalkeeper.
  4. I think because we are stuck with a handful of bad eggs Mowbray will resort to playing them. Even if it's not often it'll impact on the points tally. Bell, Gallagher, Brereton and Evans will all play a lot this season despite the majority of fans refusing to believe it. If one of Gallagher or Brereton looked likely to put a shift in I'd start believing. Only thing Gallagher did right today was tie his hair up.
  5. The players that were out playing were signed and/or trusted by the manager. Difficult not to be frustrated.
  6. I'll guess that we'll finish about where we are now.
  7. He's a striker that doesn't score, it's as clear as that with me. Fair enough he's 21 and has time to develop. I can't see it but there's a chance it'll happen. Sam Gallagher on the other hand is 25 and realistically we are now stuck with the bastard child of Ashley Ward and Rodney Trotter. 5 millions worth of him. Tony Mowbray's school of football management. Sign a striker on a big contract for big money - balls it up. Sign another striker on more money upfront to disguise the other striker that can't score - balls it up. Chance upon a young player so everyone forgets earlier misfires - WIN. Entire team has a shit day - end game playing with both strikers that you pissed away most of our funds on, both of which can barely stand up properly never mind play football. After today I fully expect both of them to be playing next game and for the majority of games this season. When I saw Gallagher lining up I thought he was going to swap him with Brereton. Johnson and Evans should have been replaced a long time ago. Buckley is in the same camp as Brereton, not ready and maybe never will. We certainly shouldn't be pinning our hopes on players like that to do jobs for us.
  8. Thanks to his gamble he'll still play Gallagher and Brereton and shift someone better out. I'd have kept Danny Graham, despite his age better than both. Infact take any young bricky from a building site and stick them there, tell them they'll be a millionaire before they are 25 and I'm sure they'd put more into the game. Actually take an aged bricky with a wooden leg and they'd still put more in.
  9. Apart from them hitting the post and us conceding one you were spot on with that.
  10. So you think he won't revert to playing Gallagher and Brereton week in week out? He keeps those two in the team they'll win f*** all. Due to the money involved we won't get rid of those two till Mowbray goes.
  11. Only going one way with that team selection, and club only going one way when signing donkeys like Brereton and Gallagher and persisting with league 1 players like Evans and Bell. Besides Ayala, Kaminski and Nyambe, they should be utterly ashamed with that performance. Mowbray should be leading the walk of shame.
  12. Only bright spot of the game. Why did we spend all that money on Gallagher and Brereton? There's just nothing about them at all.
  13. He'll be starting next match.
  14. Yes Tony because Dolan was the ****** problem wasn't he. For F****** sake.
  15. It is like going back in time. Really poor.
  16. The sort of game where the team look to the manager for inspiration ?
  17. Be great if they created an app for smart tvs at least.
  18. You know I love iFollow, I don't like watching football on my TV with a decent frame rate anyway.
  19. FFP need abolishing asap.
  20. Why exactly is he the man for you? What quality is he currently displaying that tells you the club is on its uppers?
  21. For spending all that cash on two failures and not strengthening in other areas he should already have gone. His continual team selection and substitution errors add insult to injury.
  22. 1 in 7 - and I can only attribute that to poor signings and bad management.
  23. So glad I saw sense and didn’t watch it.
  24. Agree with everything but this. I thought he was one of the ones who put a shift in. Absolutely baffling substitution.
