  1. Thought he'd have brought Graham on.
  2. The best thing to improve his game is a haircut. He spends more time touching his hair than the ball.
  3. I thought we went to pot when Buckley went off on Saturday. That could have been more to do with who his replacement was, or Tony changing things too much, but still I thought he did a job while he was on the pitch. When he went the entire midfield seemed to go with him.
  4. I was thinking we'll end with 74 points, but we'll end up getting a shock loss off one of the lower teams so 71 points. Derby scraped into 6th place with 74 points last year.
  5. For 71 mins we were in 6th... Frustrations but a good away point at one of the top 3.
  6. If he stopped playing with his hair that would be a start.
  7. It was nice to be in the play off positions for 71 minutes. I thought taking off Buckley was a mistake. Midfield is completely none existent now.
  8. Right Venky's what have you done with the real Tony?! Not that I'm complaining, keep him in his box I like t'other Tony.
  9. Plenty of time for him to find something he's good at then.
  10. An excellent keeper and two up front?
  11. That was a decade ago, he's moved on since then. Now he uses an ipad.
  12. Scroll down. https://www.theguardian.com/football/gallery/2009/mar/26/tony-mowbray-west-brom
  13. You might want to delete this, you will give Venkys ideas for how to make the crowd happy with shit football.
  14. I reckon that's startlingly accurate.
  15. It must be a really difficult job when you consider the scrutiny you're under as a football manager, having to please the players, the media, find players, try to convince players to join you, trying to keep them happy individually whilst trying to get them working as a group. I've probably only mentioned half of the job there. So why make it even more bloody difficult for yourself like Mowbray continually does? It's borderline masochistic.
  16. "I really like Harry Chapman, that’s the reason he’s here. The seriousness of football is something that he has to know." Says the man who gambled away pretty much all our transfer budget, two years running on players with no track record of scoring goals when we needed a defence. Any chance you could start knowing the seriousness of football Tony? Maybe lead by example?
  17. So he'll have to impress in order to get a chance in the team. Yes Tony, because the first 11 are doing so brilliantly. 18th place in the Championship reflects what in-form footballers we've had playing in the team recently. Imagine being a player being told you're not good enough for that shower. I don't need to imagine what he says at half time, if it's anything like his comments in the press it will be demoralising and nonsensical.
  18. I doubt he'd ever consider coming to Rovers again if rumours are to be believed. Just the fact they picked Coyle over him is enough of an insult.
  19. The Facebook faithful are confidently expecting a win. Will they turn if we get less than 3 points?
