lol yes. RE: Teeth's chance. I honestly roared 'NOT HIM!' but sure look. I also hissed ' 'kin don't' when Weimann was shaping up for that Van Basten hit, so what do I know? -

Yeah. The ref seemed to let a lot of their 'accidentally-on-purpose' fouls go. Often when one of our lads was moving the ball beyond the centre line. Crack down on that early, no? Very card-happy with Mak. The lad should have known better - but again. Big time ref would have called him over and basically 'stop that crap right now, fella, you're already on a card' but no. "He disrespected me". Crybaby ref mentality. -

Beautiful! At halftime I was as cynical about today as anyone, but I'm thrilled they pulled it out of the bag. Good stuff, lads. -

You've nailed it there. Some good intentions, but failure to deliver. The lack of edge in the final third is telling. It is hard to be a Dolan fan on days like these, I have to admit. Really want him to come good as I admire his energy. Hedges is a game lad, and I appreciate that he tries to spread play, or do something a little bit clever, but he ought to be an auxiliary option rather than the creative focal point. Harry Leonard - well - we all have big dreams for the chap, but he's been out of it for most of today thus far. As for the Wharton discussion. Player like him - ya simply have to live with his misplaced passes. Some of them will be his fault, but I reckon a fair amount will be down his speed of thought trumping that of his colleagues. I think he's potentially a very special player. Certainly among the best we have, for definite. Hard to know what can be done to change things in the second half. I fear we don't have the personnel currently to implement major changes in approach. Love to be proven wrong, of course. -

😆 Ah chief, all the years we've all been brainfarting in this thread - I never even knew that was a rule! I'm an 'instinctual player' 😅 The Stranglers - Always the Sun -

The Jam - Down in the Tube Station At Midnight Remember when Benni McCarthy nicked an open-goal tap in from Jason Roberts? (v Wigan, I think, open to correction). Anyhow, that's what I just did to @oldjamfan1 -

Couldn't agree more. I feel as if that has been the case for quite some time. Yeah, the lack of fellas who can stand up to it and give it back when it gets a bit physical is telling. Just a sprinkling of physically tougher, aggressive type of players throughout the side would make a noticeable improvement I reckon. Especially when ya look back at a game like this one. -

😆 Honestly I thought it was a pretty easy feed for Cyndi Lauper or the Beach Boys or Duran Duran or Beyonce or Motley Crue or or or or.... Anyway back to the serious business: Connie Francis - Don't Break The Heart That Loves You -

Three wishes: Stuff Rotherham, @roverandout's dad makes a storming recovery, and @USABlue and his family power through this crisis. Lads - we don't know each other or even a whole lot about each other but we're all here aren't we, so we have that much in common. Best of luck to both of you. 💪 -

Right. And how we've needed someone to play an intelligent pass in...near every other game. It has been infuriating watching some of these fellas playing half cooked sideways passes time and time again. As you say, Dack has never, ever been a physical colossus, but he's a spark. He'll make the right move at the right time or alternatively will pick oit teammate's who make the moves for him. -

Agree with most of the above. I would rather like Morton to calm down with the 'Hollywood' pass attempts as well. Just give it easy to the open man. He's been off with a few raking passes today. -
An 11 o'clocker?! 30 mins give or take. "Sausage rolls...crispy...buttery, slighty underdone on one side, but there's movement. Expect complications given lack of preheating, but should get done". /50 replies/ Now Nixon is running a Patreon? You'd want to be hard up to pay money for that waffle. Chaddy - copy-paste it in here will ya?
