Even Mowbray was fed up of answering questions …..They should have been sold off but even then nobody wanted to sign them apart from Bournemouth in the last 6 years but the owners put a stop to that ….. Waggots done well with GB & jDT by hook or by crook ….. The quicker the round table gets installed at Brockhall the better we can start signing players ……

Welcome JDT … Quite pleased with this appointment… Think they always wanted a coach from abroad this time … little bit on our assistant coach …. Malmö FF's players wanted to get better on their ball possession. Jon Dahl Tomasson wanted an experienced person by his side. The solution to both parts was experienced Remy Reijnierse from the Netherlands. Remy Reijnierse steps in directly as one of the most experienced in Malmö FF. He has tested a lot in the Netherlands: been head of the academy for PSV, held the highest coaching educations, and worked for various Dutch national teams. Recent jobs also include being an assistant at Stuttgart and Sheffield Wednesday. In the autumn, he was the assistant national captain of the U17 national team that reached the semifinals of the U17 World Cup. What he would do after that was not so clear. Several young head coaches offered him the role of their assistant, but he declined. He wanted to find the right one. The conversation that felt right was when Jon Dahl Tomasson heard from him a couple of weeks ago. The final decision came on Thursday. Judging from the first training, there are two slightly different personalities. A Tomasson who jokes and gets a little philosophical in his answers, and a Reijnierse who is straightforward. - All young coaches need someone who gives reflections and feedback. That is my role, says Reijnierse. - I have been an assistant for 25 years. I have never had any ambitions to be a head coach. My only ambition is to have a fun job with good people around me. Tomasson had Reijnierse when he attended coaching courses and they have had a lot of contact over the years. However, Reijnierse does not count as a direct mentor to Tomasson. He signed a three-year contract with MFF and wants to do something long-term with the team. - I think all teams need three years to reach their top level. You need time to build up and the positive thing here is that the team has already developed a lot. There are many mature players. You can expect results. Reijnierse has not seen an MFF match yet, but he goes into the job of knowing what the priority is in the game. - We have already talked to many players. The players wanted to be able to control the matches more with the ball. They are willing to do so. We want to do it as a coach. That is the point we want to improve. - Everyone knows that Dutch coaches focus on ball possession and of course we have good ideas about it. Jon has it too…….

The search is a Farce ! Why would you go for a manager who you like then anchor them with the likes of Lowe & Benson …. Lowe has been here 11 years & nothing to show for it …. It stinks …. The thing is some managers would consider taking a financial hit but not many would take on staff that are not loyal to them ….. it’s a mixture for dissent & disaster……and it’s wrong to put that on them …… Lowe is a 3rd rate coach who’s languishing in the lower leagues …. Benson just looks like a YTS school kid …. Lining up all the ducks is never easy ….

Rovers having problems with getting Ronny’s current club New York & fighting it out with Standard … The US club are not happy with him and are refusing to sanction his release … Standard Also took their DOF and they have refused to sign his release for the next 3 months …that’s their minimum notice order for all their staff……so he’s snookered as well……. work Permit would also be an issue for Ronny ……. Another delay which Rovers can’t afford ……

Ainsworth has been interviewd & is last man standing ……he’s been constant throughout the month but for some reason they don’t like him …… even though he’s showing the most interest… Maybe he needs to play hard to get ……

DOF is Already lined up but not made public for some strange reason … He has no say in the new manager … This means he’s no real man of substance & just a rubber stamp ….. if he’s willing to be part of a setup that’s upside down …… This whole club is very strange …… CC was willing to take a finical hit but not work with coaching staff he doesn’t know or trust ….He was Told a few days but he heard nothing so moved on …….
